Faervel is an ordinary elf that guards the dragon hatchery. One day while patrolling the perimeter of the elves for so home, he comes across a lone egg, unlike any he's ever seen. He nurtures it in secret and one day it hatches. He soon found out that it was a crossbreed between a Sandwing and Nightwing. Naturally the elves soon found out and he was accepted though sometimes ridiculed by the other elves, for every elf gets a dragon egg when they officially become a grown elf. He named the crossbreed Ocara, which is a girl. The types of dragons were taken after by Wings of Fire.
