Jeremy looked at the man with widened eyes. He asked what?! But Jeremy thought over it. His parents were yelling at him again and with his fucked up day already, he just didn't want to deal with that at the moment. Staying at Vincent's could give him a break from everything; from the yelling and the heavy drinking.

"S-sure." Jeremy replied, his voice barely above a whisper. Vincent heard him clearly, but he wanted to tease the timid man. "What's that, love? I couldn't quite hear you." Vincent asked, raising his left hand to his ear. Jeremy gave a slight blush and cleared his throat a bit.

"Yes." The timid man replied, a little louder this time. Vincent smiled in victory. "Now that's better. We'll leave when these fucking animatronics leave us alone."

The bell rung, signaling that the two had survived another night. "Finally. I was beginning to feel like we were never going to get out of there." Vincent grumbled, grabbing his keys and hat. Jeremy silently agreed and the two rushed out of the pizzeria, eager to get away from the murderous robots.

Vincent unlocked his purple car and the two hopped in, quickly starting the car. Jeremy watched Vincent quietly as he drove down the empty road, the headlights being the only light source.

Jeremy quietly stated out the window, watching the dark scenery flash past his eyes. An awkward aura filled the car, and Jeremy didn't want to be the one to break it. His shy squishy self wasn't up for the challenge.

Vincent took a glance at the man next to him before looking at the road, only to have to quickly slam on the brakes, his hand immediately rushing out to protect Jeremy.

Jeremy crashed into Vincent's arm before anxiously looking up ahead to see a deer rush past. Jeremy sighed in relief, kneeling that that could have turned out horribly if Vincent didn't stop. Jeremy looked over at Vincent and noticed that his hands were tightly gripped on the steering wheel, seeing his knuckles turn lavender.

"A-are you o-okay?" Jeremy asked, pulling Vincent from his trance. Vincent looked around, realizing that he didn't hit the deer and he was still stopped I. The middle of the road. He cleared his throat, a slight pink appearing on his cheeks. "Yeah. I'm fine."

With this, they sped away farther into the night.

Hey guys! I'm sorry I haven't updated anything in awhile, I was just being lazy and I didn't feel the spark to write. Oh, those of you who read my Pitch Perfect fanfic, I'm going to have to rewatch the movie so that way I know what I'm doing. Until then, I'm sorry but you have to be patient.

I know this chapter isn't very long but I wanted to get something out to you guys who actually read my bullshit. Still a little surprised it has this many views. I thought I would hit 50 and that would be it. 225?! We'll, I better post this while no have WI-Fi so see you on the flip side!
