Aren't You Glad You Didn't Turn On The Light?

Meghan and Courtney are roommates at their collage. They are treat friends, although they have completely different personalities. Meghan is smart and isn't as social. Courtney loves to party, and she has tons of friends.

One night, Courtney invited Meghan to a party. "I'm not sure... There's a huge exam tomorrow in third period. I should study." Said Meghan. "Okay, but if you change your mind, feel free to come!" Replied Courtney.

That night, Courtney had a blast at the party. She came home late. All of the lights were off, so she assumed Meghan had fallen asleep. After all, it was 12:00... She changed into her pyjamas in the dark and fell asleep.

The next morning, Courtney woke up, shocked. Meghan hadn't been sleeping. She was dead, laying on her bed, with stab wounds on her back. With tears in her eyes, Courtney glanced over at the wall. Written in Meghan's blood, it said, "Aren't you glad you didn't turn on the light?"

If she had, Courtney would be dead too.

The killer was never found .
