I take in a deep breath
I close my eyes

As the servants help me put on my chengsam wedding dress that's is so beautifully made in the color red and stitched with colorful threads (the pic Above is the wedding dress)
and put on my light make up
They talk to me with such great things of the prince but it still does not bring
Me at ease
"The prince is so handsome."
"He's a sweet young boy."
"He will treat you well your highness."
As I hear their words I just fake a smile and nod my head but I know nothing will be fine but my heart says something different...
That everything will be fine just let it happen.
I don't know what to believe or follow...
Why can't I pick...
Why can't I do anything right...
As the servants put on the blue Phoenix crown (the thing on her head on the pic)
"Princess your are now ready once you open those doors their is no going back you understand?"
I look at them with glossy eyes that are about to tear up I sallow the lump in my throat and take all my courage to say 3 simple words.
"Yes, I understand."
They bow to me and one of them looks at me...
"Good luck princess." She says softly
I slightly bow to her as a thank you for her gratitude.
I let out sigh I stand up from my spot
I close my eyes, I take deep breath in, I let it all out, and I slowly open my eyes and walk towards the closed doors I put my hands on both of the handles and I take a good grip on them...

"They told me following my heart is the right thing."

"Then I will I do whatever my heart tells me"

"I Zhang Meili will..."
