This boss shadow doesn't joke around. For Narukami have something with you to nullify Ma/Garudyne since he's weak to it. As an option have Naoto, Yosuke, and Teddie with you. Yosuke can raise the party evasion rate and Teddie can heal the entire party if he has Mediarahan it'll be important if you have the skill Myriad Arrows with you. Yukiko would be weak in this fight if she doesn't have skill to nullify ice since the boss has Ma/Bufudyne skills. Be careful, the boss has a skill called "Control" it turns your party members against you when it's health is low.
