I freaking did it!!! I finally have him ;^; you have no idea how much hell I went through for this persona.....no idea, it took me forever to look for from "oh you can find it in block 2 of Tartarus." Or "Fuse this and this to get Narcissis" but I tried and I kept getting Tam Lin but something told me to fuse two lovers arcana to get it. I never felt so stupid and content in my life...im crying XD Remember kids if you wanna correct fuse dont listen to the internet, itll lie to you
