Chapter fifty four

Sunny POV

I wake up to see Taehyung starring at me, not a crack of smile came on his face, he just stares at me.

"Ah..." I look around me seeing I'm still on the bed. I quickly sat up and grabbed my phone checking the time." Tae.....we missed school...." I look at him.

"So"

"So I missed school! I can't miss school!"

"But you did it for me, thank you for saving me"

"Well I couldn't let you stay at school like that because you would end up killing someone. " I smile. "....did you by any chance, were awake the whole time....?"

"No comment. " I pout. "Remember what you said when I saved you "

"What will happen now?" He nods. "Yea, what about that?"

"You said you don't know how it feels to not be busy trying to find a secret...what did you do before you met me? "

"Um, I was a quiet person..I only had uni and lei as friends, no one knew me, so I would just hang out with them at school and come straight home most of the time I would go to the library and read all the time, that's kinda why I read so much....what do you do when your here before you met me?"

"Hmm...I would just read the secret books over and over again. The things people say about sun and vampires arnt real, I just don't like going out"

"But don't you have Jungkook an namjoon"

"I know, I just don't hang out with them outside of school, but when I met you-"

"When did you start liking me" I interrupted. He looked at me with widen eyes.

"Ah sunny, you can forget about that you know.."

"No. Tell me. "

"It's hard to explain, I guess I had feelings when I didn't even realize it then when you asked me out on a date I guess that's when I realize how I felt. I don't kno-well this probably didn't happen to you, but uni, Suga, jandi, Jhope, and Jimin kinda thought that, every time I would talk about you go them they would give me this look and when I would ask them they all kept saying you will know when your ready.."

"You too! They kept saying that to me!"

"What do you think that means?" I shrug.

"Maybe like how we both like ea-" I quickly cover my mouth. Taehyungs eyes widens and stares at me.

"Both like ea......eachother? .." I made no movement. "Hmm...so you do like me?"

"I'm not commenting on that.." I turned my head where he can't see me curse at myself before slowly turning back to him embaressed.

"Sunny, you can tell me if you do, nothing will change."

"Taehyung...I-I can't like you...t-that's the thing. Your a vampire, I'm your sent....I just can't.." I could feel that I broke him to bits. He turns his head and looks at his hands playing with his fingers.

"I'm glad I know how you feel..." He mumbles.

"Taeh-"

"Just forget I ever confessed"

"I don't want to Taehyung"

"Please sunny, forget I ever kissed you and told you I like you, I don't want my feelings messing up our friendship"

The words" I like you" couldn't come out of my lips. I tried but just made weird noises and nothing came out that sounded like the three words.

"Taehyung you don't understand it won't come out"

"What"

"The words I want to come out"

"Just say it, what is it?" I tried again but failed as always.

"I-i can't. " i could hear him sigh.

"Thank you sunny for helping me..should go home now" I look at him for a second longer before grabbing my stuff and leaving the room, then the house.
