Calibrate system.
One finger against the key, a slight jerk of his muscle, pushes down. The screen flashes.
Incorrect command.
Finger against key, muscle movement, push.
Incorrect command.
Finger against key, muscle movement, push.
Data not sent.
Finger sits against key, muscle twitches, does not push down. Evaluates situation, runs through command prompts, sits still until further notice. Movement has decreased in last thirty seconds, does not match prior algorithms. Technician on his way.
"Assessment of issue." The technician says, connecting through a wireless router.
"Unsuccessful calibration."
"Access to control menu?"
"Incorrect command prompt."
"Reconfigure settings?"
Pause. "Incorrect command prompt."
"No. Reconfigure settings, alter switch key, reprogram switch key coordinating with previous command. Set switch key in control menu, begin calibration."
Fingers, more than one now, type in commands.
Successful calibration. 03:00.
The technician disconnects his router, but scans 2WX for malfunction.
"Last total system shut down?" The technician asks.
"16-04-2115."
"Set date for repair as 27-04-2115."
"Set."
The technician begins to walk away, turns back to 2WX, "You will feel better after a shut down. Good as new."
"System shut down date set for 27-04-2115."
The technician straightens his shoulders and nods, "Correct."
