You Changed My Life

Chapter 1

Mandy

I slowly wake up to my alarm clock going off. Ughhh. School. Just great. I quickly got into the shower and changed into a Magcon shirt and jeans. I slipped over my Magcon sweatshirt and got into my black converse. I grabbed an apple and got to my car. So I know what y'all are thinking... "Why does this girl have a car even if she is poor?" Well here's the answer... I saved up my money to buy one. BOOM! Then I got to school.
•skip school•
I got into my car and drove quickly home. I ran inside trying not to get noticed my my dad. But I was wrong...
"Where do you think your going?" My dad yelled at me.
"Uh... No where?" I stuttered quietly. My dad grabbed my shirt and threw me across the room. My head started to throb and it took me some time to get my breath back. I probably got some new scars and bruises.
"Go to your room!" My dad screamed. He didn't need to tell me twice! I got up and rushed to my room. Why is everyday so bad?
"Mom why did you have to die?" I murmured.
"The only thing I have left of you is this necklace." I said quietly. I touched the round heart that has the letter C engraved. The C stood for Casey my moms first name. I started bawling my eyes out thinking about my mom again. Please make this day better mom. I begged in my head. I looked down at my shirt to see the word 'Magcon'. OMG! I jumped off my bed and hit my head against my shelf.
"Oww... That's gonna leave a big mark on my head" I whispered to myself. Last time I didn't have enough money but this time I do think I have enough money to go this time.
"Yes." I quietly said. I pumped my head into a fist and threw it into the air. "Thanks mom." I murmured. I climbed out of my window and got into my car. I started the engine and started driving away.
"30 minutes left" my gps said. I turned on the radio and started singing along to the music. I'm a great singer but I just don't show it ever. The minutes started to go faster and I was getting excited even more.
"Destination" my gps said. I got out of my car and went into the building. I walked to the farthest corner to stand in the room while every girl tried to get to the front. I got pushed and shoved to much that it almost made me faint. I started hearing all the boys and magohanys name being called up. So I looked up.
"What's up Colorado!!! " Cameron Dallas screamed. Wow.. That's the first thing he says. Every girl was screaming. Shawn Mendes started off the show singing his song called 'Stitches' I started singing it to myself along with him quietly and tuning everyone out.

I started singing my song but I swear i heard a girls voice singing along to it.  Her voice was beautiful! I never wanted this moment to end but my song was already over by the time I knew it. I was bummed out about it. I ran to the boys.
"Did you hear that girls voice?" I asked.  All the boys replied with a nod and a yes.
"I didn't even get to know who it was." I said in a sad tone.
"How about we do this." Cam said. I nodded and agreed and so did everyone else.

Mandy

It was time for meet and greet and I was getting excited. I saw Cameron, Nash, Taylor, Hayes,  Carter, Matt, Jack and Jack. And also mahogany. I was about to see Shawn.
"Hi! What's your name?" He asked.
"Mandy." I whispered.
"Huh?" He said.
"Mandy" I whispered.
"Well uh.. Mindy can you sing for me?" He asked. I stood there shocked with my mouth opened wide. I ran home without an explanation to him.
"My names Mandy." I whispered when I was running but he heard which was weird because hardly any one hears me speak.
