Chapter 5: Plans

Rachel's POV

I've been in New York so far for one month and I love it! It's feels like I'm finally home.

Tomorrow is the first day of classes. I'm majoring in of course music theatre.

Rumor has it Broadway is opening a show for the best film ever... Funny Girl! Barbra Stressiend is like the broadway Beyonce! She has a spectacular voice and her role as Fanny in Funny Girl just made her that much more of a threat of steailing a role.

I haven't found a roomate yet so it's been kind of lonely. I spiced up my apartment though, I set up lights and made it more cozy.

Santana and Brittany are doing fine I mean I would know since their basically the only people I know here. Although I met a girl named Eliza. She's my dance instructor's daughter.

We've gotten pretty close. She's about 4 inches taller then me, light brown hair, greenish eyes, and a great sense of humor.

Finn's POV

I'm at NYC's Cafe. Drinking coffee as I looked out into the busy city. I truthfully since I got here I haven't put a thought to finding an apartment. I keep getting reminders from Kurt on how I have one month left.

Like I get it!

Speak of the devil. My phone buzzed it was a message from Kurt.

Kurt- Found an apartment for rent think you'll like the price as well as the space!

He then sent me a link to a website.

I opened it up as the pictures to the apartment showed.

Nice apartment! It's so close to NYADA and low rent not bad.
I saw a phone number underneath the contact section. I plugged in the numbers into my phone and called it.

??? - Hello?  A girl's voice said, uh oh.

Me- Um Hi my name is Finn Hudson I just saw your pictures for renting your apartment.

???- I mean sure we'll have to meet of course but if your fine with living with a girl.

I smirked.

Me- I live with my gay brother and his husband.

??? - I'm a little more challenging. I smiled I can't wait to meet this nameless girl.

Me- What's your name?

??? - Rachel, Rachel Berry.

Me- Okay Rachel Berry were would you like to meet?

Rachel- Well I have a dance class at NYADA maybe we can grab some coffee afterwards? 

Me- You too NYADA?  Cool and sure.

Rachel- I'll meet you at the Spotlight Diner 6:00?

Me- See you there Rachel.

Rachel- Bye Finn.

For some reason I'm kind of siked to see Rachel. Kurt is gonna be proud I actually called.

I finished my coffee and hailed a cab back to Kurt's place.

Kurt- Hey what did you think of the apartment?  He said hopeful.

Me- I'm meeting her tonight.

Kurt- Her?

Me- Yeah, I was shocked too but I thought if I could handle you and Blaine find out Prince died I think I can handle a New York City girl.

He slapped my arm.

Kurt- Don't bring it up.

I put my hands up in defense as I smirked.

Me- Sorry, sorry.

Kurt- He didn't choose to die!

Me- Nobody does Kurt, nobody.

I am actually very dissapointed, 'Glee fans' (if you could even call them that) had the nerve to constantly comment on Lea's instagram posting such nasty and rude sentences. About how she's 'forgetting Cory' and 'she doesn't care anymore'!  What the heck people!
