~My Roses of Gratitude for you~

Ahhh Mother's Day.

That one day where all mothers would go shopping with they're children and as spent it cheerfully the whole day.

But what about those that don't have mothers?

That's right..they either visit their deceased mother's grave or spent the day in the house.

There were unlucky children who lost their mothers at a young age and were forced to be sent to an orphanage. People say orphanages are sad..mean.. or either abusive.

But one specific orphanage was different.Owned by a young girl who took in many children and treated them as her own.Every child loved her. And today that is was Mother's Day they made breakfast in bed for her and they showered her with love as she always had a smile on her face.

Not so many people visited the orphanage,but two certain males decided to visit it today.

"Oi Kaneki,they say the one who owns this place is a young girl our age"

"I've also heard that,Hide"

They reached the place as the dirty blonde male opened the door only for them to meet with children's curious faces,as they stared at the males.

"Oh my!What a surprise to have visitors today!"

They both looked to the side as both see young maiden with a bright smile eyeing the two males.

"So,what brings you males here today?"

"Is it true that you own this place at such a young age?"

The dirty blonde males asked surprised as the (h/c) haired female nodded.

"Yes,I do own this place.I decided to make it so I can make this children happy..not having a mother is quite lonely,you know?"

The (h/c) haired female said with a sad smile as the dirty blonde haired eyeded his raven haired friend.

"I may not know how it feels like.. but I know Kaneki does"

The raven haired's attention was slightly caught as his onix orbs widened a bit.

"Ne Kaneki,how about you stay here for today?To see how it feels like."

His dirty blonde haired offered with a grin as the (h/c) haired female smiled softly.

"I-I don't mind,but of course,it depends if you want to stay or not"

"S-Sure..I guess.."

The raven haired said softly wit a flushed face as his friend nodded leaving the orphanage with a wave.

"So,may I know you're name?"

The (h/c) haired girl asked with a smile as the raven haired stuttered in his words.

"K-Ken..Kaneki.."

"Ken Kaneki..meaning a handsome noble man.."

The raven haired blushed when he heard the (h/c) haired maiden giggle at his action.She stopped laughing as her (s/c) petite hand softly took a grasp of his,leading him towards the awestrucked children.

"I'll show you how mother's take care of children,is that alright?"

She asked with a smile as he nodded tailing behined her as she closed her eyes with the same smile.

"Also my name is (Y/n) (L/n)"

The day slowly passed as both teenagers were mixing the icing for the cake the children asked for.The children watched awestrucked with smiles as they saw their 'mother' happy enjoying the company of the young male.They imagined both of them being their own parents.

Both teenagers finished icing the vanilla cake as they placed it on the table with proud faces.The children said thank you popped in there minds. The (h/c) haired girl was very fond of roses,she always thought they held a beautiful meaning.

When the (h/c) haired girl was busy passing plates,two children walked up to the raven haired male.

"Onii-chan can you do us a favour!"

The raven haired eyeded them as he nodded softly,making the children grin.

Night time came as the (h/c) haired girl was washing the dishes while the children were brushing there teeth for sleep.She noticed the raven haired and two children had been missing for a while.Worry grew over her as she finished drying the plates as went towards the living room.

The (h/c) haired girl saw how dark it was as she pulled the switched on for her (e/c) orbs get wide by the sight she saw.All the children gathered around with roses in there hands,but the raven haired was missing.

One little girl grabbed her and as she guided the (h/c) haired girl to sit on the chair.And all started to place the roses on the vase while saying messages

Red rose meaning beauty, courage, and passion

Dark Red rose meaning unconsious beauty

White rose meaning purity, innocence, and heavenly

Bridal White rose meaning happy love

Pink rose meaning appreciation, perfect happiness,admiration, and gentleness

The (h/c) haired girl was shedding tears of happiness as she heard all the messages from her 'children',she had accepted.She also noticed some colors were missing.That's when she got more surprised.

The raven haired boy appeared next to her with the missing colors.But those colors meant something more great.

When the raven haired finished he went towards the awestrucked girl as he tapped her chin making her look up. Her (e/c) orbs got lost in his onix orbs as he closed their distance making her flush red.And when he parted he whispered three words that will be forever a mellody for her.

"Happy Mother's Day"
