Ever After Meets Wonderland!

Chapter 19: Back to Ever After!

Daring's POV:
        "The trip is over!" Maddie exclaimed. Dexter and Darling walked over to me. "I'm going to stay here. This is my home. Here I don't have to act like a damsel in distress. Here I can fight and be the hero." Darling explained. "Okay. But we'll visit and you better visit us." Dexter stated. "Of course." Darling agreed. We gave her a hug and then Dexter walked off over to Hunter. "I saw you talking to Lizzie earlier." Darling stated. "So?" Daring asked. "I told you I'll see if she likes you." Darling stated. "That's right, I forgot." I stated. "Well.... I know." Darling stated. "So?" I asked. "I think she does like you. But she won't admit it." Darling stated and I nodded. I gave a half smile. "I though you'd be happier." Darling stated. "I am happy. It's just, what's the point if she likes me?" I asked. "What?" Darling asked. "It's just, my destiny is to be king and marry Apple." I stated. "So? If you don't like your destiny anymore then don't do it." Darling stated. "What?" I asked. "You know. What's the point of following your destiny if it'll make you unhappy?" Darling asked. "Well." I stated. But I didn't know what to say. "Exactly. You don't have to marry Apple just because it says so on a piece of paper. Look at everyone. Not everyone wants to follow their destiny. Dexter likes Raven and I think she likes him too. Then Lizzie wants to be queen of Wonderland but doesn't want to do the rest of her destiny. Then I am a warrior who lives in a cottage instead of a pressy princess in a castle. I'm sure other people don't want to follow their destiny too, they just won't admit it because they're scared or something." Darling explained and I sighed. "I-I don't know." I stated. "I did everything that I can, now it's up to you. It depends if you like Lizzie enough and would do what it takes to be with her, or if you're destiny is more important to you. It just depends what your true heart wants and if you have the courage to tell her and risk everything." Darling explained. Darling walked to the Wonderlandians and I sighed. I looked at Lizzie as she talk to the Wonderlandians, Darling, and Chase. What does my true heart want? I think, no, I know what my true heart want!

Raven's POV:
     I saw Maddie walking to a tree so Ginger and I walked over to her. "Hey, uh, Maddie." I greeted. "Oh, hey." Maddie greeted. "We're sorry about earlier. We saw the way Lizzie talks to you guys, there is a different and kinder side to her. We were wrong." Ginger stated. "I told her, but it's okay." Maddie stated and she gave us a hug.
     We all walked to the Well of Wonder. "It was nice meeting all of you. Have a safe trip back." Dina stated. "Thanks for showing us around. This was very interesting." Apple stated. "Of course, it was fun for us too." Tony stated. "Well, we should get back. "Hey, Raven. Ginger." Maddie stated and she bounced over to us. "Yes?" Ginger and I a asked in unison. "I have a riddle for you." Maddie stated. The people from Ever After stood behind me and Ginger. The Wonderlandians stood behind Maddie. "What starts with a T, ends with a T, and has a T in it?" Maddie asked. Ginger and I looked at each other and back at Maddie. Then we shrugged. "A Teapot!" All of the Wonderlandians exclaimed in unison. Ginger and I laughed. "We should of guessed that because of how everyone loves tea here." I stated. "But we're not great at Riddles." Ginger pointed out and nodded. Everyone went back to talking. Maddie gave me and Ginger her number and we gave her ours. Giles Grimm jumped down the Well and then us kids did, and then Mr. Grimm did too.
      We were all glade to be back home but some of us missed some of the Wonderlandians. We went back to our dorms. "Today was really fun." Apple stated. "Yeah." I agreed. "Well, I'm going to get ready for bed." Apple stated as she walked to the restroom. I got changed into my nightgown. I grabbed my mirror phone and put my earphone in. I layed on my my bed and played my music and closed my eyes eyesas I rested.
        I heard the door open and Apple walked out. I checked the time and saw it was an hour later. I need to start going in first. I walked in and brushed my teeth and hair. I didn't take a shower today because I took one this morning. I left and layed back down. I turned off my music and layed down and closed my eyes. Then I slowly drifted off into sleep.
