Anastasia's POV
I hear a slight buzzing noise next to me on my night stand. I feel around until I feel the coolness of my phones screen. There was several notifications but one stood out the most. Twitter. I usually don't get on Twitter but when I do I'm usually stalking my celebrity crushes.
Once opening the app she sees a red 1,356 on the bell icon. I just started at it wide eyed for a moment then clicked on it. It said that Ashton had retweeted my tweet. My very embarrassing one.Ashton5SOS~ I see Ashton kind of like the brother I've never had. Listening to when he sings comforts me in a way.
Ashton5SOS retweeted your tweet!
I slowly cover my face in embarrassment as I read it over and over again, realizing how stupid I am. I look at his tweets after the one he retweeted.
Ashton5SOS~ Guys, go follow @ TasIsTrash because I have never seen a tweet that cute in years.
And the next one made me even more embarrassed.
Ashton5SOS~ Should I message her...
I cover my face with my hands, but moments later feel a throb of pain. I look down at my leg area and curse under my breath. I soon realize that I haven't taken my medicine today and call for my mom.
"Yes honey?" My mother calls in a sluggish voice. I hear her make her way upstairs and hear the rattle of my pills. "Is it hurting again? That damn doctor said it wouldn't hurt after the surgery!" Her eyebrows knit together as she got her 'Stay away from me for the moment' look.
I take my pills and feel a wave of relief wash over me. I lean forward and take off my fake leg and lean back into my pillows. "Mom." She peaked her head in, with a better look on her face. "Yes honey?" I look her straight in the eyes. "Why me."
