Rei Ryugazaki x Nagisa Hazuki: Groceries

Inspiration for this story from a fanfic that I don't remember the author of. Please if it's your fanfic or you know it tell me so I can credit. Anyway, enjoy!
Rei browsed carefully through the vegetables, picking out the ones that were almost completely ripe but not quite, so that they would be ripe when he was ready to eat them. A basket hung from one arm, which was already half way filled with vegetables, cheese, bread, and meat. A jug of milk hung from his other hand. The dark-haired swimmer set down the jug and picked up pair of juicy tomatoes before plopping them in a bag and setting them in his basket. He picked up the milk and set off towards the bread section, where he knew his friend Rin was waiting for him.
He arrived at the aisle to see Rin leaning against a shelf, talking cheerfully to one of the employees at the grocery store. The man was very tall, with dark hair and dashing blue eyes. He was smiling at Rin, eyes glittering. I really can't take Rin anywhere can I? thought Rei, he flirts with anything that moves. Chuckling, Rei moved towards the two. He didn't reach them though, before Rin slipped and fell, knocking some loaves of bread off the shelf. The man laughed, a deep hearty laugh, as a flustered Rin scrambled to put the bread back on the shelf, trying to save some dignity. The employee quickly wrote something down on a slip of paper and held it out to Rin, who was still blushing. Before Rin could take it, however, Rei was walking by and snatching it out of the man's hand.
"Come on, stud. You can have this when we leave."
Rin grumbled but followed Rei.
"You didn't have to take that."
"You weren't going to leave if I didn't," he said, simply.
Rin growled again as Rei opened up the paper.
            432-1276 Sousuke
"Sousuke huh?"
Rin flushed, "shut up, Rei. At least I am not as oblivious as you are. Have you seen the looks you get from the clerk? He totally wants to get in your pants."
It was Rei's turn to blush.
"I- I don't think that's true.."
"Uh huh, sure," he said sarcastically, smirking at Rei.
"Whatever."
Finally they reached the checkout counter. The line wasn't long, so they didn't have to wait for a long time before they reached the clerk. Does he really look at me like Rin said? Rei thought. The clerk was pretty cute, with wild blonde hair and magenta eyes. He was saying something.
"Sir?"
Rei shook his head, expelling the thoughts.
"Ah, sorry. How much was it?"
Rin smirked beside him and nudged him with his elbow.
"Stop it."
The clerk looked startled, "what?"
"N-nothing."
"Err- ok.. I said that'll be $54.89."
Rei nodded, fishing his money out of his wallet.
Rin nudged him again.
"Will you stop that?" Rei whispered.
"Not until you talk to him. Flirt a little," Rin whispered back.
"No."
"Do it or I'll go right back to flirting with Sousuke and we'll never leave."
Rei sighed, "fine."
After handing the clerk the money he began to talk.
"S-so uh, what's your name?"
The clerk smiled genuinely, "Nagisa. Yours?"
Nagisa huh? So cute...
"Ahh I- um. Rei," he said, stumbling on his words.
Nagisa giggled, pink dusting his cheeks.
"That's such a cute name!"
Rei blushed and Rin only smirked knowingly.
"Well Rei," Nagisa said, "I'm gonna give you my number. You should give me a call."
Rei stuttered, blushing like crazy, but accepted his number. It was on a sticky note that read:
555-6895 Nagisa :)
Rei turned to look at Nagisa before he left, who waved happily and grinned before taking on the next customer.
As they walked back to the car with their groceries, Rin gently kicked Rei's foot.
"What was that for?"
"Hehe, I told you he wanted you."
Rei blushed again, feeling as if this was the millionth time today, "I- I don't think he wants me in the way you're thinking, Rin."
"He totally wants to bone you."
Rei said nothing, his face painted with red, as he handed Rin the number Sousuke had given him and got in the car.

"So you want to bone him."
Nagisa blushed, "no Sou-chan! He's cute that's all!"
Sousuke chuckled, "you totally wanna bone him."
Nagisa huffed as he hung up his apron in the break room, readying himself to leave the store for the day.
"Sou-chan don't do this. Plus, what about his friend? He seemed like your type."
Sousuke turned a little pink, but otherwise didn't show any emotion, shrugging.
Nagisa pouted, but didn't broach the subject anymore.
Rei... Oh gosh he's adorable, Nagisa thought excitedly as he left the store and boarded his bike, ready to travel home for the day.
I can't wait to see him again.
