Eren x Reader: Hero

Okay this isn't very good. It was just something quick that I wrote a long time ago so yeah... Enjoy?
___________________________You watched, confused, as Eren led you to a private room, his expression grim. Eren was a hero now, having aided in defeating every last titan. You constantly marveled at him, he was nothing special, aside from his titan power, he was just an ordinary member of the survey corpse. Yet, miraculously he had killed off all of the titans, making life once again safe for humanity. (Switch to Eren's POV) Eren stared stoicly ahead, he had succeeded in killing nearly every last titan, but there was one thing he had left to do. The thought terrified him, but he steeled his nerves, this had to be done. Only them would his mission of revenge be complete. Eren squeezed your hand and eventually the two of you reached a vacant room. "Y/N, please help me." (Switch to your POV) "W-with what? Eren?" He looked at you sincerely, his eyes flickering back and forth, as if he were afraid of what to say next. "Please, end my life." It hit you like a brick wall. Of course, he was after all, a titan himself. But this couldn't happen. "No! Eren! What the hell are you thinking!" (Switch to Eren's POV) What else could I be thinking, Eren said to himself. "End my life! End it now!" Y/N stared at him horrified. "No! I can't do that!" "Why the hell not! I need to die! Then my mother, Petra, all of my dead comrades will be avenged!" Eren screamed. "So why! Why can't you grant me this one simple wish!" He said, on the verge of tears. "B-because," Y/N began to cry. "I-I love you Eren." Eren collapsed, shell shocked, on to his knees. What? What was happening? This wasn't possible? "Can you hear me Eren!?! I LOVE YOU!" Y/N screeched, sobs hiccuping your voice. Eren got to his feet. He pulled you in to his embrace, and held you there. Eventually you stopped crying, and he lifted your face from his shoulder, now wet with tears. Your eyes were red and puffy, you sniffled pathetically. "How can you be so selfish?" Y/N whispered. An suddenly, Eren pressed his mouth to yours, you kissed, for what seemed like hours. He let go, and you said to him, "Never do that again, promise?" "Promise." He said quietly. Soon you were kissing again, more gently this time, and a single tear rolled down his cheek, and he thought, "I promise."
