"Ate Ly! Why didn't you tell me?" I asked Ate Ly on the phone. Hello! Why did she hire Jho without telling me?! Eh alam naman niya na may nangyari 3 years ago.
"Tell you what?" Takang tanong ni Ate Ly.
"Who is my new Archi and Interior Designer?"
"Uhhh Jho?"
"Exactly! Si Jho! You should've just told me first that she was applying."
"Bea, I know that you have rules. I hire first then you meet them." Hmm may point nga naman si Ate Ly.
"But ate! Si Jho yun!"
"Relax Bea. Haven't you moved on yet? Its been what? 3 years?"
"I have moved on but-"
"YUN NAMAN PALA EH! And even before you called me to look for an Architect and Interior designer, Jho came here the same day. She applied."
"Yes but-"
"Shhhh! I saw how she badly needed the job. Then you called... Tinawagan ko na agad siya."
"Also, before your meeting with Jho, may pinabigay ako kay Maddie sayo. Yung profile ni Jho."
Tanga mo rin Bea eh noh? Di mo naman kasi binasa yun. Tsk!
I sighed. "Fine fine. Thanks Ate Ly." Hindi ko na hinintay na magsalita si Ate Ly kaya binaba ko na yung phone. Bigla naman akong napatingin sa time.
7:50 am
Wala pa si Jho?

Malamang hahanapin ko yun! She's almost late.

May kumatok naman sa door ko.
"Come in!" Sigaw ko. Pumasok naman si Jho. Nakablack dress siya tyaka naka black shoes.
"Hehe Hello!" Sabi niya sabay nagwave pa. Tsk! Stop being so cute. Ay joke what?
Ngumiti nalang ako sakanya sabay tayo sa swivel chair ko.
"Let's go."
"Saan?" Takang tanong niya.
"In your office." Sabi ko. Tumango nalang siya.
Lumabas naman kami sa office ko. Nakita ko naman si Maddie na may kausap sa phone. "Psst! Coffee." Pabulong na sabi ko kay Maddie. Nagnod nalang siya bilang sagot.
Pumunta na kami ni Jho sa office niya, which is exactly infront of my office. Nakita ko naman si Kianna. Yup, she is Jho's new P.A or Secretary. I promoted her.
"Nga pala Jho, this is Kianna Dy. Your new P.A
"Hi po miss Jho!" Bati ni Kianna sakanya.
Ngumiti nalang at nagwave si Jho. Binuksan ko naman yung door patungo sa office ni Jho.
"And this is your office." Sabi ko at tiningnan siya. Nakita ko naman na nakanganga na siya.
"I..uhh THANK YOU!" Sabi niya sabay yakap saakin. fuck! Umayos ka heart! Bat ang bilis mo tumibok?
"Uhh your welcome." Agad naman siyang bumitaw saakin at tiningnan office niya. Napangiti naman ako.
