Chapter eleven: what next

Natsu POV
Gray and I sat down on the couch as we watched Levy, Juvia, Erza and Lucy talk about what the kids had told them back at the guild.

"This is stupid" I mumbled under my breath, but loud enough for Gray to hear.

"Sh! We'll get into trouble" he mumbled back as his gaze stayed locked on Juvia.

"Are you sure their our kids?" I asked looking over at Lucy's bedroom door.

"Would you prefer they be someone else's?" He asked as his eyes averted to look at me.

"Good point" I mumbled before standing up and tip toeing over the Lucy's room.

"Where are you going?" I heard Gray ask, only because of my dragon hearing. I looked back to see the girls talking in their little circle with the other two kids, paying no attention to us. I peeked through the the bedroom door and started going in when I felt a hand land on my shoulder. Surprised I jumped forward, only to turn around and faced Gray.

"What the hell?!" I whispered yelled as he walked towards the bed.

Grays POV
"So this little shit is my kid huh?" I asked as I stared at Silver as he slept on the bed, snuggling into Nashi.

"This pipsqueak does smell familiar" Natsu said as he pinched Nashi's cheeks, causing Silvers eyes to jerk open and a fist to fly into Natsu face.

"Oi, what was that for?" Natsu asked not expecting an answer as I laughed.

"Don't touch her" Silver said as he stared Natsu down.

"What, you don't trust us?" I asked as I looked at the kid confused.

"You may be our fathers but we haven't known ya long" he said as he sat up, only to find Nashi holding onto his shirt.

"Wow, Nashi's as clingy as you" I said to Natsu which only lead him to punch me.

"Oi! That hurt" I said as I got into battle stance.

"Shut it. The girls have fallen asleep" I heard a strong willed voice from behind. I turned to see Matalican and Scarlet standing by the door frame, scolding looks on their faces.

"Now you!" Scarlet yelled as she walked over to the bed and climbed on it, the ora around her black.

"You just had to go and touch that stupid rip in the time field didn't you" she said grabbing Silvers collar and shaking him.

"Says the one who opened it in the first place" he said angrily as he pushed her away.

"Silver *yawn* it wasn't her fault" Nashi said as she woke up and pulled on Silvers sleeve.

"Yeah I know *sigh* I'm sorry" he said as he crossed his legs and sat up straight.

"Hey, where's Lushi?" Matalican asked as he looked around confused.

"I don't know" Nashi said as she looked around.

"You lost your stupid cat?!" Silver yelled as he scolded Nashi.

"Well I'm sorry I lost my cat in a different time!" Nashi yelled as tears threatened to fall.

"Baka" was all he said before he placed his hand on his head.

"Oi, old man" Silver said looking up at me.

"What?" I asked looking down at the brat.

"Help me find the cat and I'll help you get in the good books with mum" he said as he stood up and started walking to the door.

"What do you know?" I asked annoyed as a vein popped up in my head.

"I've lived my whole life with her, you spent all that time crying cause you lost her. Do you really want to go through that?" He asked with a devilish glance my way.

"I hate you" I said as I stuffed my hands into my pockets and walked behind him and out the door.

"I'm coming too" Nashi gleamed from behind us as she followed behind.

"Fine, it's not like you can loose yourself" Silver said, earning a hit on the arm from me.

"Be nice to your girlfriend" I said with a smirk, causing the kid to blush.

"Shut up! She's not my girlfriend!" He yelled as he started to stomp out of the apartment.

"She better not be" Natsu said grumpily as he walked beside us.

"Why the hell are you coming?" I asked as I watched Silver and Nashi walk out in front of us, calling out for the stupid cat.

"Happy would kill me if I lost his only kid with Carla. That and I'm keeping an eye on that kid of yours, he's getting to close to my girl" Natsu said as he glared at Silver, causing me to smirk.

"Yeah, I rather not end up related to a flame brain like you"
