Chapter 3

I woke up at five am an did my normal routine. once I was finished I went down stairs and to my surprise no one was in the kitchen. they always seem to hangout here? Then I heard heavy footsteps come down the stairs. A second later Scott turned the corner. "stiles texted me and told me that he is running a little late" he said without even making eye contact. his voice was also really monotone. "Um alright.... Are you okay?". "Ya, just tired" he replied. "Why? did you have trouble sleeping"? I knew that wasn't the case because since we were kids he was always the lucky one so when his head hit the pillow he was out. "Something like that"? he said. "Well what is it?" I asked. "WHAT IS THIS 20 FUCKING QUESTIONS!?" he yelled so loud it made me jump. I didn't respond I just turned and walked out. As I was leaving he kitchen I heard him sigh and say "faith.." to where you could barley hear him. I just ignored him and went outside to wait for stiles. When his jeep pulled up I ran up and decided to sit in the back I wasn't in the mood to get into that with Scott. Once I was in the car, stiles said "hey" in the same monotone voice as sScott. "Ya... hey" I replied. Scott came out and got in the car without a word. The drive was completely silent. We pulled up to the school and the car was barley stopped when I jumped out. I had everything I needed so I just went straight to class. All I could think about was how the only 'friends' I have, are acting like douches and hiding stuff from me. I was at my locker putting my stuff away before lunch. When I closed my locker I was startled by a figure leaning against the locker next to mine. I had my hand over my heart making sure it was still beating. " I didn't mean to scare you" he said obviously trying not to laugh at me. I finally had time to study him a bit. he had a very defined jaw line, he has short brown hair that almost had a red tint to it, he had an a amazing body, and had lips that I would love to- " are you okay? I didn't mean to scare you so bad?" he said breaking me out of my thoughts. " oh no I'm fine really" I replied and began walking down the hall. He quickly caught up to me. "I'm new here and I don't really know anybody and I was wondering if you would mind letting me sit by you at lunch and then maybe helping me find my classes"? I didn't really feel like sitting with Scott and stiles anyways so I said "sure". My name is Aidan by the way". "my name is Faith" I replied. "That is a beautiful name". I could feel a blush creeping on my face when he said this. On our way to lunch we just made small talk like where he was from, how many siblings we had. I found out he actually has a twin brother. We made our way through the lunch line and found an empty table and just talked about anything and everything.

-----------------Stiles POV----------------

I saw faith enter the lunch room. As she walked by surprise, anger, and maybe a hint of jealousy filled me when I saw who she was with. Aidan. I saw Scott tense up, which tells me he noticed as well. I wasn't sure what Scott and Issac had been talking about, when Issac saw he stood up and said to Scott "and now their getting to you" and with that walked away. I saw Scott go to get up, knowing what he was planing on doing I grabbed his arm in attempt to stop him. "Dude, if you confront him hell know he got to you, faith will be mad at you, not to mention your in a lunch room full of people. it's not the time or place for this" I said not sure if I was trying to convince him or myself. Scott sat back down. "I swear if he lays a finger on her-" Scott began to say but stopped himself not wanting to think about that. "I know " I wasn't going to let that happen.

---------------faith POV----------------

The bell signaling lunch was over rang. I honestly really didn't want to I to class, I wanted to stay and talk to Aidan more. "Do we have to go" he said making a pouty face that made me laugh. "I wish we could stay here all day, but sadly yes we have to go" I said still laughing a bit. We got up and began walking. "What class do you have?" I asked? he scanned over his schedule. "english with.....mrs. Blake" he replied. "same as me" I replied with a grin. I guided him to the class room, when we got in he sat in the desk next to mine. As we sat down I cold feel eyes burning into the back of my head. I turn around at the same time as Aidan, he must have felt it too. I turn around to see Stiles and Scott glaring at Aidan. what the hell is their problem? I leaned into Aidan and whispered "just ignore them". Then we both turned around. After English we didn't see each other the rest of the day. I was at my locker right after school and I closed the door to find Aidan. "Trying to scare me again?" I asked. He just smirked "it seemed to stir you up pretty bad last time, I don't want that happening again" he said and we both laughed. "How do you get home?" he asked me. "I get a ride from my brothers friends" I replied. "Would they mind if I took you home?" he asked. " I don't think they would" I answered even though judging from earlier they might and let's call the lack of notice is pay back. I followed him and was surprised when he stopped in front of a motorcycle. " You scared" he asked. " No, defiantly not" I might have been trying to convince myself. "Good" he replied as he handed me his helmet. He hopped on and started it, he looked pretty hot might I add. Then I realized he was watching me check him out. I jumped on the back of the bike and wrapped my arms around his waist. We pulled up at my house and I got off and took off his helmet. "Thank you for bringing me home" I said as I handed him his helmet. "It's no problem" he said. I began to walk away but he started talking again. " Hey are you doing anything tonight?" he asked. "I don't think so" I replied. "Wanna go to the movies or something?" he asked. "I would love to, pick me up at 8?" I said. "Ill see ya then" he said as he got on his bike and I walked up to the house.
