Although it was just a forest, I was pretty curious as to what was there. This may sound very weird, but I feel like it wants me there. It wants me to go in.

11:44pm.
11:45pm.
11:46pm.
I couldn't sleep. My curiosity kept me awake. I pursed my lips slightly to myself, and tried to ignore it. I'll go and look to see what it is another day. I just..
Needed to get to sleep.
I sighed, closing my eyes and trying to force myself to sleep. After about an hour, I drifted off to sleep.

The next day was boring; just lectures. I tried to search around for jobs, but I was having a little trouble. Plus, I was still quite curious about what was in the forest.
I pushed it to the back of my mind. It wasn't something to stress about. There's probably nothing in there. I waddled out of my room, glancing into Kai's room. He was all tangled in his bed sheets, asleep. I crept inside, picking a shoe up from the floor and throwing it at him.
"Wake up. We have lectures at 9." I yelled, before walking back out. I could hear him grumbling and getting up.
"Why did you have to hit me?" He asked grumpily."How else was I meant to wake you?"
"Shaking me, calmly asking me to get up."
"I'm not your mother." I rolled my eyes. I hadn't slept much, so I was a little snappy. I continued to walk into the kitchen, to see what was there to eat. I pulled a some bread out and shoved them into the toaster, and waited for it to toast.
I buttered it and began to eat on the couch. Kai stumbled out, looking really tired. He must've forced himself to dress. When I say force, I mean, not even bothering to pick decent clothes out. I sighed, not bothering to comment on it.
After about an hour, I grabbed my things and headed to my first lecture. I drew on a spare piece of paper most of the time. I didn't pay attention much.
Once the lecture was over, I met up with Kai.
"Hey," I greeted him as he advanced towards me.
"Hi." He smiled.
"Uh, Kai, would you come to the forest tonight again with me? I want to see what's in there." I asked, staring up into his green eyes. He sighed, and rolled his eyes.
"River.. There's probably nothing in there. Come on, let's go find somewhere to have lunch.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
