"Daddy " Lisha said walking up to me with her coloring book "yes baby girl ?" "Is this cute?" I looked at her picture "yes ! "Babe , the kids are gone ... We got the whole house to ourselves what you wanna do ?" I said walking in our room. "I gotta go outta town for the weekend , it's a workshop for the school " jerell said buttoning up his shirt "why are you just now telling me ? " I said crossing my arms "baby I just found out about it this morning , Lisa couldn't go this weekend so they let me go in her place " I shook my head "have fun " I said walking out... I walked downstairs & decided to watch a movie. "alright I'm finna go , I'll be back Sunday night ... I love you " he said kissing my forehead , then walking out. I'm pissed that jerell didn't tell me about this "Workshop" like now I'm in this house by myself, & this is James's weekend to have the kids. I decided to call my job & see if I can come in to work. (She works at a emergency room)

I was doing some paperwork when my phone started ringing it was my mom...

I was about to call bri , when the monitor went off saying they needed my help. So I just sent her a quick text.

King Pov
I was chilling at home , when I got a call from kaysen saying that bri was laying on the floor & couldn't get up. I got in my car & rushed to the house. "Where she at ?" I said walking in "kitchen " kaysen said . I walked in the kitchen & hayden was trying to comfort her mom. "Thanks baby girl I got it from here , go call your grandma " she ran off to do as I told her. "Baby you okay" I asked bri. She shook her head "no , King I feel real sharp pains in my stomach " I rubbed her stomach "is the baby okay" she shrugged "I don't know , I've been feeling these pains for 3 days now .... But they haven't been severe as they are now " I looked down , it was a pool of blood around her. "Come one we gotta go to the hospital..." I picked her up bridal style "KIDS STAY HERE ! KAYSEN .. WATCH YOUR SISTER " he nodded "okay dad " .

I put bri in the backseat , then I got in & made my way to the hospital "King I don't think I can make it " she said closing her eyes. "Nooo baby you gotta stay woke " I stay tapping her "King even though you put me through so much .... I still love you " I looked in the backseat & her eyes where closed. I turned around & gripped the steering wheel tight .... I started to cry , If anything is wrong with my child , I !!! Let this happen! I gotta get my family back ... I'm not giving up this easy.

Bri Pov
I woke up & I was in the hospital, I looked over & King was starring at me "is the baby okay?" He wiped his face "the doctors coming back to see ". We sat in silence, King kept starring at me like a fucking weirdo. "Hello ms.davis " the doctor said walking in "hi Doctor , is my baby okay " "we're about to see". He put the jelly on my stomach & started the ultrasound.

He looked around for at least 10 minutes. "I'm sorry ms.Davis & mr Washington but there is no heartbeat" I started cry , no one can understand the pain a woman can feel when she has lost a baby. "Can you give us a minute please " King said "of course " the doctor walked out. "I feel like this is my fault " King said wiping his tears "King it's no ones fault , maybe God was saying that it wasn't perfect timing for us to have another baby " he nodded "maybe you right " . "Come here " I said making room for him on the bed. "Bri you know I love you ?" I nodded , playing in his hair "yes King I know ... I just wish you would start showing it " he looked up at me "I am ". I sent my mom , ms Gina , & ms Cynthia a text about what was going on. King & I cuddled until we fell asleep.
