It's been a couple days since King told me cash is pregnant. I feel so hurt that he would do me like this after 5 years of marriage I mean I was the best wife any man could ask for & the fact that he would cheat on me is ridiculous. I've been staying in the house that Mel & I picked out as my vacation home, today I'm going to Cynthia & Charlie's house. I got in my car & made my way to their house. While on my way my phone started ringing. It was a blocked number.

Me: hello?
-- : bri! (Kings voice)
Me: what King?
-- : when are you coming back?
Me: where are my kids?
-- : right here..... Kids your mom on the phone
-- : hey ma
Me: hey baby what y'all doing?
-- : nothing we just got done eating breakfast
Me: yo daddy cooked?

-- : I called her over so we could talk ..... The kids came down saying they were hungry & she cooked them breakfast

I pulled into the driveway then got out "wusup suh" j.j said eating some chips "hey"
"What you doing here?"
"Yo friend cheated on me & got the girl pregnant" he shook his head

I shrugged "it don't matter now ..... I'm going to the courthouse as soon as I get home". "Divorce?" He asked "nah just a separation until I know for sure what I wanna do" he nodded "I'll talk to my Boy for you". "Where ma & da at?" "Ma in the back & da at the doctor" "by his self?" "Yeah we gonna go there with him when Mel get off" "he must be getting worse in his health" he nodded "yeah man terrible". I shook my head "let me go see momma" I walked to the back room, I seen Cynthia sitting on her bed looking through a magazine. "Hey ma" I said walking in, she looked up "hey baby girl ..... You okay?" "Im guessing you heard?" I said slightly laughing "yeah Mel told me" I shook my head "she can't hold water". Cynthia laughed "so what you gone do?" I laid on the bed "Idk I was thinking divorce but if I do that its like I'm saying cash wins ......... Ma I love my husband but he's hurt me so much I don't think I can go through this no more" she nodded "I know how you feel, but at the same time you gotta do what's best for you & your kids...... I'm not saying he's gone cheat again but you never know" I nodded "ik but ." I sighed "idk" she hugged me "it'll be okay baby you know I'm here for you". I smiled "& I'm here for you ..... How's da doing?" She started playing with her fingers "he's getting bad .... Last night the doctor said his kidneys are shutting down ..... How ima tell Mel? You know she's a daddy's girl" "call her .... Tell her y'all need to talk .... Meet her somewhere then tell her ... It's best you tell her than somebody else" she nodded "your right" I giggled "ik" she playfully pushed me "girl come on".

King Pov
"You told bri?" Josh said walking in my office. "Yeah she went to Virginia for a while" he sat down "& where's cash?" "Idk" "hmm" he pulled his phone out "I'm promoting you to manager okay? Just don't fuck up" he nodded "thanks man". "Is bri getting the Virginia store ready?" He asked "idek I guess" "let me call my boo" he said walking out. I shook my head.

While I was doing some work my phone started buzzed it was a text from cash saying we needed to talk. I texted & told her to meet me at my house tomorrow at 3pm, she texted back & said okay.

Next Day
I just dropped the kids off at school. I feel bad for them all they talk about is bri & how much they miss her, & me being selfish ruined our little family but Ima fix it tho. I stopped by Waffle House got me some breakfast then went home. When I pulled up in my yard I saw cash's car parked in the driveway, she was siting on the porch. "I thought I said come at 3" she stood up "I couldn't wait that long" I opened the door & walked in, she followed. "What you want cash?" She sat on the couch. "I wanna be with you King" I spit my orange juice out "well I don't wanna be with you .....your just a probable baby momma" she shook her head "King everything I say is going to happen.....happens, I said that I would break you & bri's marriage up & boom! That happened....I told everybody I was going to be having your baby & boom! That happened." She walked up to me "King mark my words..... Your going to be mine" she grabbed her stuff then walked out.

James Pov
I've been back working, feels good to be back working. Chris still feeling some type of way about me working but idgaf! "Mr.garrison I have those files you wanted" Ashley my assistant said. "Thanks, hey what are you doing for lunch" "work" she said giggling "meet me downstairs in a hour".

"So you have 3 kids?" Ashely said sipping her wine "yeah 2 boys & a girl" she nodded "are you & their mother together" "I'm only with one of my kids mother" She nodded. "you got any kids?" I asked. She shook her head "nope, not having kids until I get married" I nodded "that's good". My phone vibrated it was a text from j.j

J.j: Magic want us to come to Dallas next weekend... You down?
Me: yeah

"So Ashley how would you like to come to Dallas with me for a business trip?" Her eyes lit up "really? I would love to go" I smiled "great"

Later That Night.
"Babe I'm going out" Chris said putting on her heels."what time you coming back?" She looked at her phone "idk I might stay at Jenn's house" I shook my head this is her 4th time this week going out. "You really should be home  with our son" she laughed "I tried telling you that same shit but you didn't wanna hear that..... Bye mamas baby" she said kissing bas then walking out. I fed bas , gave him a bath then we watched tv til he fell asleep.

"Yeah ....okay .... I'll be by in a minute to get them" I said into my phone. Mel wants me to stop by & get the twins. I got bas dressed, then I got dressed. "Okay let's go" I said putting him in his car seat. Chris didn't come home last night, I tried calling her but no answer. We pulled into Mel driveway. We walked inside "hey daddy, hey brother" briyah said greeting us "hey baby girl" she took bas from me. "Where's you mom?" I asked. "Upstairs" I walked upstairs "okay...thank you" Mel said ending a phone call "wusup?" I said walking in. She turned "hey umm I gotta put my scrubs on can you get out?" I smirked "I use to watch you get dressed ... Gone ahead" she gave me that look "GET OUT!!" I laughed walking out.

"Okay y'all I'll be home at 6 , jerell will be here at 4:40 .... James are you saying here or taking them back to your place?" Mel asked scrolling. Through her phone "we can stay here, Chris went out last night .... I don't want her coming back all drunk & shit infront of the kids" Mel nodded "okay well bye y'all" she walked out the door.

"Da can we go to our friends house" savion said "where they live at?" "Right there" he said pointing across the street it was some kids outside playing. "Yeah, ima come get y'all in bout an hour or two" they nodded "can Sebastian come daddy?" Briyah asked "he's too little" they laughed "no he not" "he'll come next time" they nodded. They walked out the door, I watched the go across the street.

"Alright bas time for you nap" he started rubbing his eyes. I put him to sleep then watched tv. I got up to check on the kids, they were still playing with the other kids.

I went upstairs to use the bathroom, while walking out I seen mel & nem room. It looked like they had had sex earlier, the cover was all off the bed, pillows tossed around. I shook my head. I seen a picture of mel, the kids, & jerell on the dresser "ima get y'all back" I said referring to Mel & my kids. Watch ima get Mel to confess her feelings towards me & when gone be a big ass happy family. "Daddyyy " I heard the kids yell. I want back downstairs to see what was going on.
