"that's uncalled for, philip." he then pulled me into a tight embrace.

"i love you, but you need to go."

"why?"

"you're a criminal."

"what the hell phil? i snuck out for you. all of this i did for you and you don't appreciate it? what the -"
phil put his lips to dans, for the purpose of him not speaking anymore.

"dan, i need you to go." phil whispered quietly, his face still close to dan's. his eyes started to water.

"call them."

"what?"

"call the police. i know i'll be gone and probably be executed but at least you know that i'm doing it for you." dan was crying now.

"ok." phil whispered. he quickly dialed 911.

the cops opened the door and ran after dan, taking him away. phil had tears in his eyes when he mouthed "just remember i'll always love you."

phil hasn't seen him since.
