I fingered the thick, heavy, stretchy material and was pysched. I may be only twelve, but I could win these Games for all I knew. The tribute outfit, for me, was a heavy, thick, and stretchy material made into a short skirt. Just perfectly above the knees. Fortunately the skirt had built-in shorts. Wouldn't work if you kicked someone and they saw your undergarments. The top was a white button-up polo. Made out of the same durable material as the skirt. The worst part of the outfit was the tie. Who could use a tie in the Games?! The shoes were the best part of the outfit. They were combat boots. All of a sudden, it clicked together. I knew where they were going to have this years Hunger Games...
