Skyrim: The Story of Blaze

A New Life

When Blaze and Rolo got out of Helgan they decided to head to Riverwood where they would able to get supplies and lay low for a little while. When they got to Riverwood they met up with Rolo's sister, Gurder, and told her everything that had happened at Helgan. After filling her in she ask for Blaze to head to Whiterun and ask the jarl to send some guards to Riverwood for protection against the dragon. After getting some fresh supplies and rest Blaze headed down the road over to Whiterun to inform the jarl of the dragon threat. As he entered the outskirts of the city he found a giant attacking a farm. Instinctively, Blaze pulled out his bow and started firing at the beast, when it finally dropped dead. As Blaze got closer he found that he wasn't the only one fighting the giant. When Blaze went to continue on his journey to the keep of Whiterun, Dragonsreach, one of the members of the group that help in the fight ran up to him, "Hey thanks for the help there." she said, "No problem, it was an honor to kill such a beast." Blaze said enthusiastically "You handle your self pretty well, our group is call the companions, you should join up if your interested." she said as Blaze stared to walk off. "The companions, why does that sound familiar, no matter off I go." Blaze thought as he walked to Dragonsreach. When he entered the city he saw that a man was arguing with the smith, trying to get her to make more weapons for the Imperial Legion. Upon walking up to the smith the man tired and asked him if he were Graymane or Battleborn, "What?" Blaze asked not knowing what he meant, "Graymane or Battleborn." he asked again. "Neither I guess." Blaze said getting a little frightened by the strange man. As the man walked off a little upset, Blaze turned to the smith to sell some of his armor and weapons that he had collected after escaping Helgan. After selling everything he headed up to the keep and informed the jarl of the dragon that had attacked Helgan, the jarl seemed interested in the story and asked Blaze a lot of questions. When the jarl finally stopped asking questions he rewarded Blaze with some armor from his armory and took him to his court wizard for a job he thought Blaze was suited for, after the the court wizard explained everything Blaze set back to Riverwood to ask for directions to Bleak Fall Barrow, when he returned he asked around town for help but all he got was rumors about how the Riverwood Trader was robbed, so Blaze headed down to see if in the least bit lend a hand to help them after the robbery. One Blaze stepped inside the Riverwood Trader however he was greeted by a young man and woman arguing over tracking a group of bandits, when the man realized Blaze was there he quickly started to tell him that they were still open and that the bandits were only after one thing in the store, a golden ordainment shape like a dragons claw, and that the bandits were held up in Bleak Falls Barrow. " I'm on my way to Bleak Falls, maybe I could help you find it, but I could use some directions to get there" Blaze said, and at that moment the mans sister stood up and offered to give him directions, and with some hesitation the brother agreed, with some extent though.
