                     Steve Rogers
I've been spending the past few days reflecting. I love reflected on the things that I need the most. I can't live knowing that are still bad people in this world. I need time to focus. Wanda is still traumatised. I thought she'd be fine after everything that happened, but she isn't.
"Wanda. How are you holding up?"
"I'm getting there."
She said in her sokovian accent.
"Hey want to go for a ride?"
"Um I think I'm just gonna practice my guitar. Thank you though."
I nodded and closed her door. She started practicing right away. She's not that bad. Wanda's a quick learner, so I imagine shed finish teaching herself in no time.
"Rogers."
"Nat. What do you need?"
"Nothing. Just walking around examining the area."
"Is that so."
"Cut the crap."
"What did I do?"
She started to move closer to me. I started to back up.
"It's me or Sharon. Better make up your mind before I do."
"You mean before I do."
Sharon stormed in, her hands in fists.
"Carter."
"Romanoff."
"Let him choose on his own."
Sharon was on the side of life. Natasha was on the side of death? She's hard to read.
"Carter, if he doesn't make up his mind-"
"What if I don't make up my mind, you'll kill her?"
"Well if you have to put it that way."
"No. Natasha do you know why I wasn't on Tony's side?"
She stood there with her arms folded.
"I was on my own side because I wanted to see Buck live. I'm on the side of life. And guess who wasn't."
"Oh Steve."
"You can cut the crap. Cause I can make my own decisions and as of now I choose no one. I just lost the love of my life. I don't want to lose another. So Natasha you can shut it, and Sharon you can leave. Matter a fact you both can do the same."
I stormed off.
"Way to go Carter."
I couldn't stop for one minuet without them fighting. I grabbed my shield and threw it at them.
"STOP IT NOW! I am not gonna stay under the same roof with you two if you keep doing this! I've had enough."
"Steve I'm Sorr-"
"Not now Sharon."
I walked off.
///
I was on the roof, leaning on the rail. Someone came up. It was Sam.
"Hey Cap."
"Sam."
"Everything all right?"
"I don't know."
"Sharon and Natasha back at it again."
"Yea but this time, Nat started it and Sharon did nothing."
"Odd."
"I know..."
I looked up thinking to myself. I moved into my own world and saw Peggy again. She was in her uniform she wore the day I met her. I had my compass open in my hand with her picture still in it. A single tear fell.
"She's gone."
"What?"
I came back to reality.
"Peg. She's gone."
"I know. She's in a better place."
"I get that. But back then life seemed easier. I still had Bucky. I still had Peggy. I still had my scrawny self."
"You miss the good life."
"Exactly."
"Everything was easier. Even decisions."
I sighed. Sam pat my back and left. When I heard the door shut I started to leave. When I reached my room, I opened my compass and put it on my shelf. I lied down on my bed, turn on my radio and fell asleep.
