The sight of the two people making out in front of me makes my blood boil. 

" That is my mate. " I growl as I take the girls hair and rip her body off of the now shocked boy infont of me. 

When she gets up, she whimpers and stumbles off in the opposite direction. 

" What the hell was that -- " Rex begins but is cut off by Chris' loud growl. 

" Don't speak to my mate like that. " His voice laced with venom. 
" Mate? " She questions, looking between the both of us. 
Chris nods while I shrug my shoulders. 

" So are you two a couple now, or what? " She asks me with excitment that her best friend is mated to an Alpha. 
" Ye-- " I start, but then Chris cuts me off. 
" No. She will not be my girlfriend. You will not be the Luna of my pack. I am not rejecting you, and I will treat you like my mate, but I will not call you mine. " Chris growls. 
Tears threaten to fall when the words escape his lips. 

Rex looks at me in shock and we walk away. She leads me back to the classroom, but it's already lunch time so we walk to the cafeteria. 
When we enter the cafeteria, no one looks at me, which I let a sigh of relief out. I don't want poeple knowing I was crying. 

Rex leads me to a table that is empty and we sit down across from eachother. 
" It's okay, Honey. Chris is a dick. I wouldn't have eben let you guys date anyways. " She grins, trying to cheer me up. Her humor lightens my mood and I soon find myself no longer thinking about Chris. 

" The look on his face was -- " Rex begins but is cut off by the voice of 2 males walking towards us. 
The one to the left has blonde curls that are pushed away from his face. His grey eyes are smiling with laughter. He looks too cute to be true.
The one to the right is a few inches shorter than the other, but looks a bit more muscular. He has short brown hair pushed up into a quiff. His blue eyes catch mine and lighten when he sees me. This boy is very hot. 

They reach our table and the blonde sits to my right and the brunnette to my left. They are seated super close to me their knees are pushed up against mine. 

" Hey rex. Introduce us to your friend. " The brunnette smiles. 

" Hey, bud. Boys, this is Maxine. Maxxi, this is Nicolas, and Zachary. " She says, gestering to the brunnette then the blonde. 

" Pleasure to meet you, Maxxi. " Nicolas smiles, grabbing my left hand and kissing it. 

" Nice to meet you, best friend. " Zach grins before pulling me into a bone crushing hug. 

Rex laughs and opens her mouth to speak " Don't worry. These boys aren't going to be the ones were I say ' Watch out because they flirt with everything that breathes ' because these two are the polar oppisite. They are the kindest, sweetest, and most respectful boys on the planet. " She smirks. 

I laugh and we talk all lunch. I grow really close to Zach in the really close older-brother type of way, but Nicolas is starting to get a soft spot from me. He's really sweet.

Since me and Nicolas and Zach have the rest of the days classes together, we make a deal to stay with eachother all day. Me and Rex only have the 1st and Last period of the day. 

On our way to Biology, Zach, Nic and I run into Chris. I told them what happened and they got very angry. 

When Chris sees me, he tries to grab my wrist, but Zach grabs his shoulder and pushes him against the locker.

" Don't ever touch her. " He growls while Nic pulls me closer to him by my waist. 

" I am your Alpha. You don't speak to me like that. " Chris spits. 

" I don't give a shit if you're my Alpha. We know all too well that I can take you down without a sweat. And with Nic right there, it'll just be that much simpler. " He growls back louder. 
It's true though. Chris coudn't possibly take on Zach, even more so with Nic by his side. Chris might be built, but Zach and Nic are like giants compared to him. Chris is probably only 5'7, while Zach and Nic tower over him at around 6'2 and 6'4. 

And then compared to me, I'm an ant. Being only 5'1.

Chris pushes past Zach and walks away. 

" Thanks, Zach. " I smile. 

" No problem, babe. " He grins and we continue walking to Biology.

Apperently I didn't get the memo that Zach and Nic were 2 of the most popular boys in school. The boys that everyone drooled over. 
Haha. Lucky me. 

When we get to class, Nic and Zach grab my arms and pull me to the back as quick as possible. The sit me in a chair and pull two chairs to sit just as close to me as in the cafeteria. 

" What was all the tugging for boys? " I ask. They look at me with sheepish grins. 

" Well, we happen to be two of the most drooled over boys in this school. Lot's of girl try to sit next to us so we decided to hurry and make sure you didn't trampled on. " Zach grins. I'm about to scoff at their cockiness when it happens. 
Chaos. Around 10 sluts run up to the boys. I let out a little shriek until zach and Nic each put and arm around me and calm me down, Zach around my shoulder and Nic around my waist. 

" Oh my god please sit with me. " One of the sluts yells to Nic. 

" Sorry girls, we're sitting with out babe right now. " Zach and Nic smile at me. The girls scoff and give me discusted looks before walking away. 

" Haha you guys are the best. " I laugh. 

" We love you too, Maxxi. " Nic smiles while Zach kisses my forhead.
