Same time next week?

Well this is weird

I wake up from my stupor and look around, surprised. Everyone else seems to be waking up too.

"What was that?" Tokoha asks.

"No clue," Shion answers.

"Well, how about we ignore it like it never happened?" I suggest.

Everyone eyes me weirdly, and Kumi says, "N-not a good plan. I saw a big bird flying around my head. Did you guys see anything?"

"I saw a big snake!" Shion exclaims.

Tokoha nods and agrees, "Yeah! And I saw a big lion."

"Seriously? I saw all three of those. They like came together or something." I choose to ignore the creatures in the shadows.

"Um. If this is happening to all of us, maybe we should look out if w-we start to, like, feel weird or something? I feel like this is bigger than just a group hallucination," Kumi suggests.

"Yes, I feel that too. How about we all promise to come to one another if something happens?"

"Yes!" "yup!" Kumi and Tokoha say in unison.

"..." I don't answer but they poke and prod until I say yes.

"OK! Anything weird and you come to one of us OK?" Shion says and puts his hand out. We all reach out and touch his had like a big team pact, or something.

"You do know we have classes tomorrow, right? It's getting a little late." I comment dully, looking at my watch.

"Crap! It's almost eight thirty!"

And we all run out of the park and straight home, to get ready for tomorrow.
