I sighed, resting my head on my JungKook's shoulder. We were sitting on his living room couch. I was just silently watching while he was browsing on the Internet; looking at clothes.

"That's cute," I suggested absentmindedly, imagining myself resting my head on Jimin's shoulder, "It really suits you."

"Ah..really? It seems like it's too...dramatic," JungKook tilted his head, disagreeing with my blank opinion.

He turned his head to look at me. One glance and he knew something was wrong. "Don't think about him, (Y/N)."

I stood up and stomped my foot, glaring at him. "But how can I not!?" I slowly sank back down into the couch, sliding down the cushion; sighing again. "I miss him."

"I do too," he said. "I'm sad that it had to come to this, but we got to move on."

I sat up, my eyebrows furrowed in confusion. "Well, what do you mean by that? I can't just move on."

"I thought I couldn't either. But I did. I didn't forget about him—I never will. He may never come back; I will still love and cherish him. But if he decides he wants to come back—"

"Wait..JungKook, you lost me at 'He may never come back'. He is going to come back. He has to," I corrected him hopefully, praying that he was mistaken.

"Let me finish, and you will understand." I shut my mouth, biting my lip impatiently. He smiled softly. "He can come back, and he just might. Especially for you."

"I trust in your words, JungKookie. He will come back," I smiled widely.

His eyes grew wide and he waved his hands as to say 'no!'. "Ani, noona. He might come back. But whatever helps you sleep at night.."

I sat back down, rubbing my temples. I needed to get my bearings straight.

Suddenly, my phone buzzed.

From: Erin

Where r u!? You're late for work and there is a really important meeting with Mr.Chen!!

Hurry up!!

Oh no. I'm super late for work. And I forgot I have a very important meeting with Mr.Chen. I hope I don't get fired!!
