"You have to find a job, noona. You can't just stay here and not make any money," Jungkook said to me at dinner.

"Yeah, I know, but I just feel like I'll screw up again," I said honestly. "And... nevermind. It's not that important. But—"

"Tell me." Jungkook whispered with curiosity. I shook my head and he pouted. "C'mon, noona, please?"

"Fine," I sighed, giving in, "I made a friend on Twitter, and I don't feel as lonely."

"I wasn't enough?"

My eyes widened. "Oh! Jungkook, th-that's not what I meant—"

"I'm just joking, noona. I think you're becoming too serious. We need to have a day out," he stated.

"A day out? What do you mean?," I asked, chewing on my lip. I don't know why I feel like I'm gonna regret this, but I don't like the feeling.

"Yeah," Jungkook smiled, "Like.. Maybe we should go out to the Midnight-Festival or whatever it's called."

"What's that?"

He shrugged. "I saw a poster on a wall when I was walking home from my new job. It's celebrating something that I don't know about, but it looks really fun."

Before I could say anything else, he got up and headed for the staircase. "You need tickets to go, though."

I mentally cheered. This is great. I sighed as the worry left my body. He clicked his tongue. "But, lucky for you, I already bought some! Isn't this gonna be fun, noona?"

I nodded and forced a smile. "Yep! The best night ever, right? It's gonna be so fun, more fun than anything else 'cuz we're the funnest in the world—"

"Noona..," Jungkook cut me off with a concerned face, "You're not speaking clearly. And..uh...'funnest' is not a word. It's 'more fun'."

I giggled. "Yup! You got it!"

Jungkook shook his head and threw his hands up in the air, then letting them flop to his sides as he walked back up the stairs.
