But Instead I Kept It Cool...I'll Just Take The Baby Out And Get DNA Test,Without Talia knowing.
Then I noticed Maria was crawling into my lap. She looked up to me and smiled. She stretched out her arms, asking me to pick her up.
I hesitated to pick her up. When I didn't know she was my child, I picked her up easily. But now I'm scared to touch her, like I'm going to drop her or something.
Princeton: um.....uh...I'm scared
Talia giggled at me and took my wrist. She moved them to under Maria's arms and lifted. Maria started giggling uncontrollably.
So this is why we connected to fast? She could be my child but am I ready for this kind of responsibility? I'm only 20 years old! But Talia was 16 when she gave birth to her. But that her fault, she could have had an abortion! "But it takes two to make a baby, a man and a woman but it takes a real man to RAISE the baby he helped make" as my mother always says.
Besides my mom had me at a young age. And I turned out great! Right? If this baby is mine then I will take care of it as much as I can.
Talia: I'm sorry about not telling you sooner Jacob
Then suddenly I wave of anger swept over me.
Princeton: *Stood up* Why didn't you tell me I had a daughter?!
Talia: I tried to call but you changed yo number!
Princeton: How do you know the baby is even mine!?!
Talia: You were my first!
Princeton: How do I know that?! You could have been just another hoe tryna get paid!
Talia: I can't believe you just said that to me.
Princeton: The truth hurts doesn't it?
Talia: *Stood up* What do I have to do to prove to you that she's yours?
Princeton: I want a DNA test.
Talia: Fine. We'll do it tomorrow

Talia: I'm busy tonight!

She picked Maria and stomped out the house. I sigh and lay on the couch. I turn on the T.V and it showed my moms favorite movie.
Left To Be Alone...
It's about when this 15 year old girl who gets pregnant by a drug dealer. As she is giving birth he gets shot by a rival gang member and doesn't even get to see his baby boy. Now she us stuck taking care of the baby by her self and barely knows what to do. Her parents want nothing to do with her, her "friends" left her after she got pregnant and the bills are growing.
I shook my head to the movie and turned the channel. I hate the movie. I think it's ridiculous and stupid. Now I realize that the story is actually true for....some people.
