shocked.

i was utterly shocked. yes i know he is my mate and all, but im nothing to fight for as everyone tells me. my mate looks at me and frowns when my black eye isnt healing.

"why arent you healing?" he asks me. my eye goes wide and i look at rachel, and she looks straight back at me. i nod and she looks at my mate. "from all of the abuse we have been through, our bodies cannot keep up with the healing process." i look down and let my jet black hair cover my face as a blood tear escapes my eyes. "whats your names?"

"im rachel and this is skylar" i hear rachel say. i look up and he looks at me and pulls me into a hug, i wince when he puts a little too much pressure on my bruised ribs. " my name is gabe and are you ok?" he asks. " ray looks at me and lifts up my arm a little and takes off my shirt, leaving me in my bra and pants. Ray gives me a sad smile "she got the worst of all of us. i could basically feel gabes eyes widen. " why?" i break down crying blood and as ray and gabe try to calm me down, images of the abuse and the tourture flash through my head, making me cry harder. " i was never good enough for them!!!!" i cry more and just before i pass out, i could hear gabe say " babe your better than them and they know it."

my beta mind linked me saying that there were 2 girls on our pack territory. of coarse with our pack being the largest and and most powerful pack of the country, no one dares to cross our pack territory.

i was finishing doing paper work when i heard yelling right outside my office door. wtf??? i open my office door and i smelt the most wonderful sent ever. i looked around and saw my beta growling, a very mal

nutrished girl with jet black hair and another mal nutrished girl, but she was no where nearly as bad as the girl with jet black hair, she was a red head. the girl with jet black hair was holding one of her eyes and mumbling a colorful string of curse words. damn she knows every word in the fucking book!!! but i looked at her and when her other eye met mine, my wolf was screaming so loud in my head, you would think that a siren was going off in your head screaming one word.
