skylars pov......







i woke up to a throbbing head ache. god did it hurt. i tried to open my eyes, but only one of them opened. i got up out of the bed i was sleeping in and walked over to a mirrior that was hanging on a door and looked at my black eye. 0.0 holy. fucking. shit. i looked at my eye more closely and saw that there were red spots around my eye. "who the hell did this and why?" i said to my self as images flash through my mind of what happened. i look down and notice i am only in a bra and shorts. o well. i grab my sweatshirt that has been washed and cleaned when i notice rachel staring at me relieved. "SIS YOUR OK!!!!" she practically bounces over to me as she smiles and screaches. i smile back and hug her just as she got into my arms reach. just then gabe walks in and growls when he sees me up and walking around. "skylar the pack doctor said you shouldnt lift your right arm too much, lift heavy things, or put preassure on your ribs." gabe tells me and i look at him as if he grew three heads. "why" i ask. "look at your ribs" he tells me as i look closely at my ribs and notice that they are black and purple. "mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmkay...." gabe looks at me with no emotion but concern. i put my sling on that is on the side of the bed, and walk out of the room with ray and gabe. as soon as i walk out of the room, i am meet with the betas mate ashley. ashley looks at me and her eyes get as big as plates. "what happened you poor thing?" ashley says to me with concern and care. "my old pack abused me and my sister and we got beating a lot so i was kicked in the rib extreemly hard yesterday." i sadly smile at her and she gives me a hug."awwww sweetie ive been there. i know what its like, so if you would like to talk to me, you can talk about anything." ashly pulls me to her room for a second. "here i want to give you something," she pulls out a necklace with my wolf on it. "i made this for you". im pretty sure my eyes were hugs by now. "but how do you know my wolf ash?" i ask her questionly. "i got in touch with your wolf and i know that your the blood luna sooooooooo that kind of helped"

"ok." i respond to here with out a second thought. " hey sky are you hungary?" ashly looks at me and right on que, my stomach growls so loud you would have thought it was a machine. ashley looks at my and grins. "i take that as a yes" she drags me downstairs where gabe and my sister are sitting down at a table with bacon, eggs, pankakes, waffles, and muffins on a table with a seat in between them. "who made this?" i ask. a small girl i would say shes about 17 maybe 18 smiled and said "i did" very quietly. "well it looks great and i cant wait to try it" i say and she looks like she won the emmys. thank you no one has ever said that to me before." omg really. is she an omega? she shouldnt let me tell you that. im going to make her one of my best friends."your welcome and they should" i tell her as i take a seat next to gabe and ray, while ash sits across from me with the girl. the girl. well i cant call her that now can i? nope i sure cant. "hey i never got your name by the way." she looks at me with so much kindness and care that i want to go over there and hug her. "my name is sarah" she tells me. "sarah. thats a pretty name. my name is skylar and the girl sitting next to me is my sister rachel." rachel looks up from her food and gives sarah a small wave. we all talk small conversations and getting to know each other better, that is until a loud bang inturupts us. we all get up and sprint to where the sound came from and our eyes got bigger that bowling balls.
