"I will be home soon, okay?" He reassured me and kissed me on my lips.

I held his hands while he was caressing my face.

He pulled back and pressed our foreheads together. I kissed him again and finally bid him a good bye.

I watched him drift off in his car down the street.

Well, now I'm alone and there's nothing better to do. I switched on the television and kept changing the channel since there was nothing good on any.

I still felt a little bit off since just now. I tried pushing this feelings away, but it was still hammering my heart.

Annoyed, I switched off the Tv and threw the remote on the couch beside.

What to do? What to do?

I went up to our room and looked for something or anything that could gain my attention.

Aha! There was a whole cupboard of books. Maybe, this could get my mind of things.

I love reading alright. If I start reading I would go in to a whole new world. Reading was like my hobby, my favourite thing ever in the world. I usually read fiction story, where everyone has either a power, or even like a fairytale. Basically, what I'm trying to say is, I love reading!

Anyways, I skimmed through the books stacked neatly against the dark coloured cupboard.

I picked out a book labeled "the lost girl" [winks at iineelofaarii ]

The cover was designed uniquely and the book was thick enough to keep me accompanied for sometime.

I immediately took a seat in the couch and started flipping through the pages.

About forty minutes into the book, the loud ringing of the phone distracted me from the book, actually kind of frightening me at the same time.

I walked to the table where my phone was lying down still blaring out its ringtone.

Hussain's name was flashing and the second I saw it, I picked up the phone and greeted him excitedly.

"Hussain!" I squealed, only to me met by a dull voice replying me back.

"Hi mam, can I know how you are related to Mr. Hussain Asif?"

"I-I'm his Wife. What's wrong?" I asked my voice stuttering a little.

"I'm sorry mam, but you're Husband has been met with an accident and he is in a serious condition"

As i am editing i mentioned that 8000+ of you guys have been reading this but now i have over 20,000+ of you guys reading this book and i am so darn thankful. The picture above are the people who have been motivating me to write the story, i love you guys. And special Thank you iineelofaarii , she prompted me to write this story! I have no idea how you guys read this terrible book but as i said i am very thankful. Sequel is called 'Trouble In Paradise?' and will be out on Halloween 2017.
