Larten and Darren layed in bed, resting.
"So, when do you think Hakret will be back? Its been a while." The young boy asked, while sitting up.
"I dont know, where did you send him to?" The vamire asked.
"I sent him to the Cirque. He should have been back an hour ago. Its in town for a couple of weeks." That caught Lartens attention. He glared down at the boy.
"And you wished not to share this information with me, Master Shan." Darren looked at his mentor, confused why he was acting like that.
"Oh, im sorry. I just thought that maybe, you wished not to hear of the place again. You never talk about it, and while im on this subject, you never told me how you got your scar!" The young assisstant yelled. Larten looked at Darren with shock. Once he realized how he said his words, he covered his mouth.
"Im, im sorry, for yelling at you. Its just, you hardly talk about yourself, so I hardly know you." Larten stared at him, still shocked from the out burst.
"Its alright, and your right. Do you wish to know why i wanted to know about the cirque?" Darren nodded, as his mentor started to explain.
Time skip
"Now do you understand why i wished to know?"
"Yes," Darren said, hugging his mentor, "can you forgive me?" Larten looked at the boy confused.
"What for, Master Shan?" He asked.
"For yelling at you, and not telling you about the cirque."
"Of cource i can forgive you, and i will." The vampire said, and kissed the boys forehead. "Anyways, you need to get some rest. We are going some where."
"Huh, where we going?" The assisstant asked, as he jumped up.
"Oh, Its surprize."
