The Claim

Chapter 5

Emily's P.O.V

Finally the church ceremony is over. And in about a hour the party will start where I give my speech. I mean if I even get too. Cause you know my "claimer" might take me oh no. I roll my eyes at that thought. I got on the party bus with everyone else and I see my sister and her new husband snogging it away. I just stare out the window as the loud music blasts. Treasure by Bruno mars is on.

"Hey em you alright?" Jesy breaks my thoughts

"Oh yeah just kind of tired" I say

"Tired, really? You slept in. You lazy bum"

"Yea whatever"

Just then the bus stops. We arrive at some club or something .

"Okkay guys were just going to stay here for awhile to get ready for the big party. We specially reserved this place for just us on the bus. But there may be just a few people in there be back on the bus in 40 " Lauren says in the microphone. What the? How the hell is there a microphone on the bus? Okkay that's the least of my worries.

I walk into the bar, the music is real loud. I see some dark firgure in the corner. Ill just ignore that.

I follow Jesy and she sits down on a stool. I sit next to her. "I'll have a sex on a beach please." She tells the man.

"What are you getting Emily?"

"Oh nothing I'm fine. Ill wait till later" I smile and look away and still see that black firgure.

I get up from my seat and walk over to it. It's in the far corner where it's real dark. I go by it and suddenly it disappears. Um ok. I walk back to my seat probably looking confused.

"Why did you just walk over there and come back?" Jesy says.

"I'm I just thought I saw something that's all."

1 hour later

I arrived at the after party and it was crowded. All my family sitting properly at there tables.

"Now Maria Star will give her speech" the announcer says.

I watch my mom walk up to the stage and talk about how perfect Lauren is.

"Now I would like to take a moment of silence to appreciate what god has done for us" everyone became real quiet.

BEEP BEEP.

Shit. My phone. Everyone looks at me. I just fake smile and look down real quick. I read ID name. It says unknown. Ugh is it that person again. I look up from my phone and everyone is still staring at me.

"Um, I'm sorry. Ill put it on vibrate." I tried apologizing but the look on my moms face says it isn't working.

"Emily well its your turn anyway for the speech come on up" my mom announces threw the microphone.

I was about to walk up but then. Wait I gotta go. He said before the speech right?

"Um ill be right back I need to go get Jesy for the speech too" everyone nods. Hah they belevied me. I hope they know I'm only doing this so nothing bad happens. Watch this thing be a whole joke. Eh whatever there's only one way to find out.

I walk out of the banquet and go near the water fountain like he said. Waiting for about a while something grabs me and drags me into a dark alley.
