"I had everything that I wanted in the palm of my hands"

At least, that's what I believed.

I had it all, money, fame, girls.

Most people would be jealous of what I had.

Being me, though, I simply shrugged off the other people's compliments.

Even if I had it all, there was still one thing missing : Love.

That one thing that made me a asshole

Yes, you heard it, the rich kid who had everything a person ever dreamed of was a dick, ass, or whatever you call it.

I hated my life.

I've smoked, gotten drunk and got hit on.

I've almost killed a person.

I've robbed people for no particular reason.

I've ridiculed people just for fun.

I've almost been caught and thrown into jail for all of these things.

I was fine, really.

Until something unexpected happened.

I died.

Got hit by some stupid car when I was walking across the street.

It seriously appeared out of nowhere!

Then some kind of God that I never believed in told me I couldn't be an angel.

And I had to stay on earth forever.

Like, seriously?

But God gave me a chance.

If I learnt how to love, have kindness in my heart or be warm to other people, I'd be an angel.

The problem is, no one could see me.

Except for that strange nerd who I always bullied.

She could see me.

She was there to help me.

And she did.

She healed my broken heart, corrected my mistakes, and changed who I am.

She was my angel who changed everything I knew and believed in.

If only I told her what she meant to me, she'd be here.
