[Y/n POV]
I'm tired of waiting Callista. She is a slow walker. I've arrived for about 15 minutes but she won't come out. So I order a drink first to spend my time. After I order a latte, I sit on a table. Then not long after that, she came.

"Aloha pinky." She called me by my nickname that gave to me. She know I don't like pink so she call me that. I hate that nickname.

"Don't call me that stupid ! I hate that nickname." I said and rolled my eyes.

"Okay fine so what do you wanna talk about ?" She ask me while taking my latte from me.

I admit it she is just like Gabe. She likes to take my food but not my stuff.

"So last night, Gabe is sneaking to my bedroom and he climb the tree to go inside my room. Then we talk about the prom." I explain while taking my drinks back from her.

"So he already got a prom date ?"

"No not yet."

"He ask you out ? Wow you're so lucky."

"He didn't ask me out silly. He said he is going to ask Alexa to the prom and I guess Alexa will deffinetly say yes." I said and just looks down to my latte and just play with the straw.

"Ayee... you're jealous, aren't you ?" She said while smirking.

"No.. no I'm not." I blush when I said that.

"Well I know you have a crush on him since I saw you two spending time together like everytime." She said.

"We spending time together as a friend ya know." I rolled my eyes and she just laugh.

"But it's imposibble when a girl and a boy became a best friends without falling in love each other." She said and I guess she is true. I already have a crush on Gabe since we were entering the high school.

"Nevermind." I drink my latte until it's empty.

"So if Gabe didn't ask you out, who will ask you to the prom ?" She ask me and rising one of her eyebrow.

"I don't know. Jack I guess." I answer with a small voice.

"Jack the Mysterious guy ? Are you going to say yes if he ask you out ?" She said loudly in front of me.

"Sshh... I don't know. No more option." I answer it.

"Well.. I hope Gabe cancelled to ask Alexa to the prom and ask you to go with him." She said.

"I hope." I said and she look at her phone and stand up.

"Julies is here. He pick me up now." She said to me.

"I thought you two didn't have a date today." I said.

"We didn't have a date today but he change his mind. Bye y/n. See you at the prom." She wave her hand and walk away as I wave back to her.

Maybe Callista is lucky to have a prom date. Huft.. I'll just wait until someone ask me out to the prom.

(Night before the prom)

I lay on my bed and look at the ceiling. Then I look to the left at the callendar and saw a date that I've been tagged as the best day of my life. Yes it's the prom. But I haven't got any prom date yet. No one ask me. I guess prom night isn't going to be the best night of my life. But I won't ruin it by having no date. I can go there by myself or I just join Julies and Callista. I guess that's a good idea. Then I look at my white prom dress. I hope there's a boy who will came to me and ask me out at the last minute. Then I walk to my window and saw a the star in the sky. It's so beautiful. I hope I can spend tonight with my date. I go back to my bed and sit at the end of the bed.
