why?

why is it that people 'friends' want you to talk to them when they have nothing to talk about or on their phones instead talking, then when you do talk they don't listen anyways but when you don't talk to them they give you attitude like bitch I don't want to talk to you today cuz your boring and have nothing to talk about 0r  your damn phone anyway like fuck I have better shit to do then talk to you
