I am NOT going to post April 1st. I don't want to write it and it been over a month since it happened. Sorry...but really I don't think anyone cares.
Today Mr. Brill was working in his office so he let us conduct.
He choose a person they picked a song and waved the stick around then pick another's person.
People kept picking songs we had no idea how to play. When I was picked I went up and pick a song called Grandfather's Wiskers.
Which is hard for my section to play because there are so many C#s. Then I picked Kelly who didn't want to Conduct at all but I made her.
Nothing really interesting happened today.
The percussion played randomness in every song and we ordered our books for next year.
I play the Alto Saxophone and I don't really like it. I have been wanting to switch to the Clarinet. We have way too many saxes we have 20. And so since Clarinet is a "reasonable switch" according to Mr. Brill and we have way too many I get to switch.
For once too many saxes is on my side.
