Only You [Discontinued]

Adrien's POV

After last night's shift, going around Paris protecting it from evil. I went home earlier than expected because of Ladybug's "trick". I wanted to stay longer and catch up with her because we haven't had an "akuma" attack since Redo(ref to chapt 1). Anyway I'm walking to school right now and not being driven their by car because I wanted some fresh air and to look at the scenery. I wonder if Marinette will come today, hope her mood lightened up after last night.

I walked (yeah duh~) for about five minutes till I reached the school steps (for those who don't know it's a.k.a stairs), there I noticed Alya talking to Marinette. Phew! She came, yay... Wait, what!?... Anyway, I walked closer and heard Marinette say 'Chat'. Could she mean my visit last night? Alya must have found out.

I walked in closer then I heard Alya say "I promise I won't". From my position you could see that Alya has her fingers crossed behind her back. She has no intention on letting this go... whatever this is but I have a pretty good idea of what it is.

I then walked in closer behind Alya and asked "Promise what?"

Marinette jumped back and stared at me with wide eyes "No-nothing" she shuttered.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Yes."

"Soo~ Chat didn't come over last night?" I leaned in close to Marinette's face. I see her shake and blush a bit which also made me blush. "I-" before I could finish a hand was on both mine and Marinette's face and pulled us apart.

After pulling us apart, I looked up to see that it was Alya then she said "Wait. You knew Chat Noir was at Marinette's house!?" She then shot Marionette a look. "Why did you tell him and not ME!?"

"What? But I didn't thought"

"Sure~ you didn't"

"Marinette didn't tell me" I said nonchalantly.

"Then how did you know?" Alya asked and what I'm about to say would cause problems but what the heck.

"Chat told me" I said flatly. But I immediately regretted saying that. I know I said I don't care but seriously who wouldn't regret saying that if you told a highly active, hard core fan, teenage blogger of Ladybug and Chat Noir. Now Alya is squealing at the top of her lungs like there's no tomorrow.

"How do you know Chat Noir? Do you know who he is? Are you friends? Do you think I can get an autograph... wait, no, an interview?"

"Met him when he started being a 'hero', came to chill at my place sometimes. No I don't know who he actually is and yes we are friends. And finally I'll see if I can get you that interview and autograph" I said. Sigh. A problem "gracefully" avoided. Yeah right, note the sarcasm. And in the background you can hear Alya screaming from excitement. Yup, shouldn't have said that.

"Ok, ok, calm down" I motioned my hands up and down.

"Calm down? Calm DOWN?" she said "I just found out you know Chat Noir and you want ME to. CALM. DOWN!?"

"Uhhhh..... y-yeah?" then Alya walked away so she could try, keyword try, to calm herself down. In the corner I could see a hint of blue.

"S-so y-you also know Chat?" she said, I turned a bit to see Marinette looking down and slightly blushing.

"Y-yeah" Great job Adrien... just great job, you shuttered in front of Marinette. We then talked about the things we did with Chat Noir... Well Marinette did, I just made something up. We talked and talked until we got to the classroom then separated. The surprising thing was that Marinette barely shattered in our WHOLE conversation! I then sat down next to Nino, at the front, in front of Alya, who was still really. . . REALLY happy, and Mariette, who was both talking and trying to calm Alya down.

"What was that about?" Nino asked. Motioning his head towards the girls behind us. "Alyn was hyperventilating when she came in and you were talking and came in with Marinette, and she wasn't even shuttering.

I shrug and said "Just told them I know Chat Noir". His eyes widened and gave me a look like I just gave the most important news ever.

"Dude, do you know what this means" I shook my head no "It means you have no chance with Ladybug" GREAT! My greatest rival in love with Ladybug is myself. K mentally sighed. And gave Nino a reassuring smile. I was about to say something to Nino but the teacher cut me off to start class. Well knowing that Ladybug will never love me back as either Adrien or Chat, ] guess the only thing I could do is give up on her, I'll tell Marinette later... As Chat and see what she thinks.
