Kun

You were walking around the park with your headphones on. It was a beautiful day and being the hermit you are you decided it might be a good time to go outside, considering you never go outside.

There weren't many people in the park which was a good thing. There was an old couple on a bench and few kids with their parents on the playground.

You were walking on the sidewalk along the park, when you saw a golden lab coming towards you with a leash but no owner.

The golden lab stopped and sat in front of you. You pulled out your headphones to hopefully hear the yells of its owner but you heard nothing. You crouched down to pet him and check his collar.

"Koi" you laughed, "that's funny."

You ran your fingers through his golden coat he wagged his tail and panted. He was clearing enjoying it.

"Now Koi where is your owner?"

You got up and grabbed the leash that was on the ground. Your plan was to walk around the park and keep an eye out for Koi's owner.

But before you even took five steps you heard running footsteps coming towards you and saw a boy running to you and the dog.

"Koi!" he yelled.

Once he reached you he put his hands on his knees and bent over panting.

"Thanks...for...finding...my dog" he said between breaths.

"Um your welcome, are you okay how much did you run?" you asked.

"From the entrance" he looked up and seemed to stare at you.

"Wow that's pretty far" you said unaware that he was staring at you. He even smiled to himself.

"So how did this happen?" you gestured to Koi and the boy.

"He just ran all of a sudden and I didn't have a good grip on the leash and then this" he gestured around him, "happened"

"Oh, well here's your dog" you handed him the leash.

While doing so you got a clear look of his face and saw that he was actually pretty cute.

"I feel like I should give you something for finding my dog"

You gave him a confused look.

He smirked

"How about my number?"

You scoffed.

"Did you just-"

"Yep you accept it"

He grabbed your phone from the pocket of your sweater. He opened it and started typing.

"Hey what are you-" you tried to grab your phone out of his hands but he held it up above you. Curse your small size.

He put his hand up to silence you.

"Who do you think you are to put up your hand like that?"

"I'm just Kun" he smiled, gave you back your phone and ran away with Koi behind him.

"What?"

You opened your phone and checked your contacts. Sure enough there was a new number under the name 'Just
Kun'.
