I swear, it's as if he were the stereotypical girl in our relationship. I'm the one that wears the pants because I have no drama, I don't do immature things like trying to deliberately piss off other people. He really does react strongly to a lot of things that don't deserve such a big response. Like get over it, bro. I know I'm being a bad friend and all, not supporting him or whatever. But I never believed in wasting my time with petty things like this. You gain nothing by making someone mad, you gain nothing by trying so hard to fit it and be liked by all the popular kids. Be yourself, I like to call it. There's no point in not being yourself, nothing comes with besides useless popularity. Life isn't about have the most friends, even though some would disagree.
Anyway, I digress.
My point is, this boy needs to know what is important and what isn't, otherwise my certainess of him being my best friend will surely fade away.
I honestly don't understand how we came to be best friends. I despise people like him, but I guess getting closer on a personal level changes my perspective about this one boy.
