Don't look at yourself in the mirror for to long, it won't activate any feelings about yourself, you won't be able to judge yourself.
That's usually what starts it. You'll look in the mirror and start picking out the bad things.
After you've repeated the things you've written down, start saying this sentence;
'I'm flawless, I'm not 'normal' but I'm flawless in my own way'
Saying that you're not 'normal' isn't always a bad thing, because in fact!
Listen (or read what ever) this is what 'normal' means;
Normal means typical
Typical means stereotypes
Stereo styles mean expectations
Expectations means everyone thinks/wants you to do that.
Don't be normal.
