The final bell rang. We all shuffled out into the hallway. A good 85% of the school headed for the buses. 5% headed to another class for after school or detention. The last 10% went to the cars, including my friends and I. We said bye to each other and decided it best to go home since we were all tired.

*buzz buzz*

Casey looked at her phone "Cole just texted me"

"Well what did he say?" I replied with

"He wants to know if we wanted to go to the mall on Friday"

"Obviously, it's like our tradition. Is he new or something? We always go to the mall Friday after school"

"True, he wants to meet up with his cousins and their friends"

"That's fine"

We pulled into the driveway and I parked the car. We got out and went inside the house.

"Ya wanna go to the park later?"

"Sure, sounds pretty relaxing"
Casey and I went upstairs, got changed out of our uniforms, and started doing our homework. We didn't have make up work since the first week was normally introduction week.

We finished doing our homework and started heading to the park.

"I'm kinda hungry" Casey said stretching

"We could stop at the store to get some snacks or something" I suggested.

We agreed on it and stopped at the store. I had a slight feeling of being watched but ignored it. We went inside and each got some chips.

We ate our chips while continuing to the park. We got to the park and threw our empty bags away.
We sat on the swings and just looked out to the horizon. It was very peaceful watching the sun slowly set as the sky turned purple, and pink, and orange.

There was a sound that came from the bushes. We looked at each other and I got up to go check, Casey followed right behind me. I peeked into the bush and saw nothing.

"There's nothing here. Probably just a squi-" I started saying backing out of the bush. I saw Casey passed out on the ground.

"Case-" I felt something go over my mouth and nose. Everything went dark...

"Grace..." I faintly heard.

"GRACE! WAKE UP!" It was clearer.
I opened my eyes to see Casey against a bright light.

"C-Casey?"

She helped me to my feet. I looked around then at her. She wasn't wearing the same clothes, she had on a long-sleeved white gown. I saw I had the same thing on.

"Where are we?"

"They didn't say, just to stay calm and trust them..."

"They? Who's they?"

"There were people in here when I woke up...." her voice lowered a bit "they know everything about..." she paused "even some stuff we don't know about ourselves."

I gave her a weird look "what do you mean? Do they know your past?"

"No, at least I don't think so... they didn't say anything about that..." she looked away sad like.

"Casey.." I grabbed her wrist. She tried pulling away but I pulled her closer and enveloped her in a hug. She gave in and hugged back.

"We'll find out your past, together. Okay?" I felt a nod from her head on my shoulder.

Someone opened a door. We both looked towards the sound.

"Ah, you're both up, finally" it was a female. She had on the same long-sleeved, white dress as us. Her hair was purple and very long, around a little more than half way past her thighs. She had these light blue eyes that seemed very cold and distant. She did not seem interested in us very much, more annoyed to be seeing us.

Her voice shook me out of my daze "I am Athena" she had a cold, dark voice.

"Why are we here?" I asked.

"Headmaster Dakota can explain, come along now." She pushed us towards the door and took us down several confusing hallways until we arrived at 'Headmaster Dakota's' door...
