JJ packed up the tent and the group set off, leaving behind the tied-up soldiers in the old warehouse.

“We need to keep moving. We can’t walk, obviously. We need to get as far away from here as possible.” Jenny pointed out.

“Take the train?” suggested Lucy.

“Good idea. Cam, you’ve still got some money, right?”

“Enough to get us each a train ticket to anywhere.”

“We’d better get going then. We’ve got a train to catch.” Jenny smiled.

JJ stepped off the train and onto the platform.

“Well, here we are. Swanage. Now what?”

“I don’t know. I can’t remember the address. Something like ‘Marram Avenue’.”

“So, Jenny, you’re telling us we’ve come all this way to find someone and you can’t remember where he lives?!” cried Cameron.

“Well, we’ll check Marram Avenue. He’ll be somewhere along there.” JJ said, putting his hand on Cameron’s shoulder. “Take a deep breath, Cam. It’s not the end of the world. We’ll find this guy and get him to tell us what he knows.”

“Yeah. Come on then. Let’s go.”

The group stood at the entrance to Marram Avenue. By now, it was getting dark, and the cold chill of the winter had started to settle.

“Should we wait till the morning? We’ll be freezing in half an hour.” Suggested Rosie. Jenny shook her head.

“No. We’ve got time. We’ll find this guy, and maybe he’ll have space where we can sleep.”

“Maybe. Right, I’m gonna speed up and look for any sign of the suit guy. He’s an inventor obviously, so maybe-”

“That one?” Lucy pointed to a house which seemed completely normal, except for the light from a blowtorch flickering in one window. A soft explosion sounded across the street.

“Yeah. That one.”

JJ walked up to the door, and the knocker knocked by itself. JJ turned around and saw Cameron sniggering.

“Knock it off, Cam”

The girls groaned.

The door opened, and a tall woman with blonde hair looked at the boy standing in front of her.

“Ah. You again. You’ve come to see Robbie, I presume?” she said in an American accent.

JJ nodded, looking back at Jenny and shrugging his shoulders when the woman had turned her back. They followed the woman up the staircase and stopped at the door in front of them.

“He’s in here. He’s a bit busy at the moment, but I’m sure he won’t mind seeing you.”

The woman knocked on the door, and the sounds from inside the room stopped.

The door opened, and a boy with brown hair seemingly about fourteen stared out at the group gathered in front of him.

“Oh. What are you doing here?” asked Robbie. He also had an American accent, like his mum.

“I’ll leave you guys to it.” Said Robbie’s mum, and she went downstairs.

“We have absolutely no idea.”

“So, explain it to me again Jenny.”

“We’ve broken out of the place where the bad guys were holding us. They were using us as weapons and they got you to design us suits so that we could be better weapons."
