I was kicking and screaming trying loosen his grip but it was no good I wouldn't die I had to see my mother one last time. I could feel the tension from his eyes he looked like he was mortified but happy all the same did he know what he was doing. Was this man the friendly boy in the picture even if he was he wasn't anymore. Anger flooded my face the water became to thrash more and more without me moving it had started to spill over. The man had let go of the wring around my neck and it all went away in a heart beat.

I was lost in time again. But there I saw me entering the bakery this was the day i had first seen that boy but it could've been a different person. The boy suddenly snuck out the window followed by a huge clatter that would've been me I had to follow the boy. I ran at full speed as he was walking away he was slowly disappearing when I was 2 feet behind him 1 foot and now i was on him. I didn't know how, what or why it just that i felt pressured so I did it I was also really glad I didn't just phase through him.
"Get off me freak" he yelled
"I think we're both freaks in this case" I laughed.
(3 minutes later)
"It's coming" he said shakily. Black fog was swarming the city swallowing the world with it. I instantly let go of him and sprinted away.
In a matter of minutes he had caught up with me. He was already tired but I don't think he wanted to get trapped in that thing. The fog was catching up fast and wind had picked up. My long hair whipped across my face that left a painful sting. It was wierd I hadn't felt any kind of pain in a long time.

The mist was eating it's way through everything the trucks and cars evaporated once in contact. The trees and building crumbled once absorbed. Nothing could stop it or whatever this thing was. I wouldn't qualify this as a thing or an it. I couldn't tell an it is like a thing but this isn't a person place or thing. I would call it? X and nothing else. X devoured everything in its path I've never seen anything like it. I mind was conjoined with fear and fascination all at once. Some part of me felt more fascinated then afraid and as I thought I kept losing fear and gained more fascination. But my fascination turns to a screeching halt once it gains bigger and grows a monatrous face. If you could that a face. He had a gargantuan nose with warts pelting his face in random spots. A crooked smile with teeth hanging by the gums. The worst part of it all was his eyes they were bloodshot and frantically looked for something. It seemed like X was lost or looking for a safe place. I couldn't blame him I didn't have a safe place to go to. The only place what was remotely safe was the bakery. And lately it hasn't felt that safe.

My train of thought ended and curiosity had replaced some of the fear.
"What is that fear" I panted not realizing how tired I actually was
"I call it the dark side"
