My Korean Dream

My successful change

It was Sunday morning,and this was the day when me and Krystal start to count all of our money.

"I wonder how much we got!"Krystal said nervously.

"Well,I hope it's enough."I said praying in my head.

The total cost for KCON was $200,and that was just for the concert,but we are also trying to get VIP passes too so that would at least $290. That was our goal.

"Hey Krystal,how much do you have?" I asked hoping she had half of the amount.

"Wait,I...have....$168."she responded.

"Ok,I have........$205."I said shocked of what I had.

"Yes!! We got our total Seoyoung!!"Krystal said with so much happiness on her that I thought so was gonna cry.

"I can't believe we did it."I said speechless.

This was it. We are actually going to see the people that we only see in our dreams. I feel like just fainting on the soft carpet.

"Come on Seoyoung,ask Kwon to drive us to the stadium and buy our tickets and passes."Krystal said pushing me to my brother's room.

I knocked on his door,but he didn't answer. Then I tried to hear if he was in there from the bottom of the door.

"Hello Kwon,are you there?"I said getting angry.

"Come in."He finally said. "What is it now?"he said looking like a zombie.

"We have made our goal to go to KCON and we have finally accomplished that goal."I explained.

"So we were just going to ask you to drive,but since are not ready yet then we are going to the stadium really quick and come back. Just letting you know now."I said with a slight grin on my face.

"Ok that's fine,but don't be gone for too long."He said rolling back to sleep.

We went on my first car which was a dodge challenger that was red with a fade of black on the sides.

"Wow. I can't believe we are actually going and meeting our idols personally."Krystal said breathing really fast.

"Calm down ok. This is so exciting that I feel like I'm dreaming."I said with butterflies in my stomach.

We made it to the stadium and it had a giant sign on it that said,"KCONUSA" and that just made my heart sink.

"Oh my gosh!!!!!"I said to Krystal with my face red. It looked a baseball stadium from the outside though.

I ran inside first before Krystal just leaving her behind.

The entrance had a long carpet that named all of the kpop stars that you can ever think of.

"There are a lot of people and so many ticket stands."I said with my eyes wide open.

"Let's go to the VIP stand first since its shorter."suggested Krystal.

The line took about ten minutes,or seem like it. It was finally our turn and we got two VIP passes that were black and gold on both sides saying,"VIP" in red.

"We got them!"Me and Krystal said together.

Then we went to the ticket line,which took like an hour that my feet started to hurt.

Right after I was about to fall asleep standing up, it was our turn.

The person that was at the ticket booth said Krystal and I didn't have to pay foe tickets sine we got backstage passes.

"Ok thank you."I said very surprised.

"So that means we have extra money, so we can get one of those glowing sticks that look like a crown."Krystal said with a wide smile.

We got ones that change color with the music. "Let's go back now and get ready for tomorrow."I said.

"Ok,but we got all day to think about what we're going to wear."Krystal said with an innocent face like I was supposed to fall for that, which I kind of did.

"Ok,but haven't you noticed that you are the one that is always complaining about what you wear."I said grinning at her.

"Ugggh,ok you got me,but I need your help in finding the perfect outfit to show that I'm a true fan."she begged me.

"I can give you one of my kpop shirts."I said to her.

I drove us back home and we both went back to my room putting our passes in a white box that had stars on the corners of it.

"Ok, what band do you like better out of SHINee and BTS?"I asked her hoping she would say BTS.

"Umm...I'll go with...BTS."she said taking my galaxy sweat shirt that had "Jimin" on the back of it.

I was going to wear my black mouth mask and jacket that had Jungkook on the back of it and my mouth mask that had the BTS logo on it.

"Hey, how come you get more stuff than me?"Krystal whined using her puppy face.

"Because I'm a bigger fan of them than you. You're lucky that I let you borrow that sweat shirt any way. I'm not the one that is a Monsta x fan a such as you are."I explained to her.

"Yeah,you're right."she said looking down at the floor.

"Here,you can wear my BTS converse if you want,I got two pairs so that we can both wear one."I said trying to make her feel better.

"Thanks."Krystal said with a little smile.

This was the start to my dream and I can't believe it's really happening to me.

I'm so excited, I can hardly sleep anymore. What if I meet them,which I will, but I become so close to them that I can be my own kpop star.

Well,who knows,as long as I keep living my dream with happiness.
