"We need to talk....about these problems."
"I can't come home, I need to settle it, Rodger."
"I'll be fine. Nobody knows him better than I do."
Vincent let out a sigh as he hung up the phone. He ran a hand through his hair, looking over at the brunette who was passed out cold. He'd just been lucky enough to escape him the previous night before things got ugly. And yes, he did kick Scott in the nuts. It was necessary.
Scott groaned. It seemed that the sound of Vincent's voice had woken him up. He opened his crimson eyes, rubbing his head. The hungover came on strong and hard. His head felt like it was going to explode.
"You're awake, asshole." Vincent crossed his arms, sitting on the bed next to Scott's. Vince had gone through the trouble of renting a motel for the night. Considering the events of the night before, staying in a motel with the guy that nearly raped him was very uncomfortable for Vincent.
Scott's eyes widened when he heard Vince's voice. He sat up immediately, wincing due to the pain in his head. As soon as he saw Vince, he leaped over to the other bed, throwing his arms around him. He immediately recognized Vincent, even with his hair normal and short. Vincent winced and let him go, let him get his fill, he thought.
"I-I missed you s-so much! I'm sorry, Vincent!" Scott sobbed, hugging him so tightly that he nearly choked him. He didn't see Vince roll his eyes.
Here come the waterworks, Vince thought.
He let Scott go for a few minutes. Scott was sputtering apologies and sob-choked nonsense. Vince felt a twinge of guilt, but it was minimal due to the fact that Scott was nearly a rapist.
Vince pushed Scott away just enough so that he could lift the brunette's chin. Tears were still spilling from his crimson eyes. Vince gritted his teeth, fighting the emotions going through him. Part of him hated Scott now. Part of him wanted to dry his tears, scoop him up, and take him home. He wanted to say "Hey, It's all okay", but he couldn't lie to Scott like this.
"Get yourself cleaned up. I'm going to let you spend the day with me. I'll explain everything, then I'm gone. And I won't be coming back." Vince pushed Scott off of him, letting out a soft sigh of relief.
If he had to watch Scott cry anymore, he might just stay.

[QUICK A/N]
Alright. There goes all my ideas for this. At least we got to the point where Vince realizes he's got feelings for Scott.
