Broken Love (Niam)

Chapter One

*Niall's P.O.V*

Beep. Beep. Beep.

I groaned as my alarm clock woke me up. I didn't want to get up, I love my bed too much. But, unfortunately, I have to. I have to or my mum will literally drag me out of bed.

"NIALL! BREAKFAST!"

Speaking of my mum. I got out of bed and stretched. I went down to the kitchen where my mum was waiting for me with pancakes. Yum, my favorite! I quickly scarfed down the pancakes.

"Niall, please, slow down or you'll choke!" My mum said, worry dripping from her voice.

"It's OK, mum. I'm not going to choke." I said with a mouthful of pancakes. She laughed and shook her head in response.

"Niall, do you know what day it is?" she asked me.

"Yes, mum. It's the first day of school. I know, I know." I groaned. My mum noticed my anxiousness. "Don't worry, Niall, you'll make lots of friends! It won't be like your old school." my mum reassured me.

I had to transfer schools 3 times to keep from being bullied, only to end up getting bullied every time I go to a different school. I'm going to a different school this year, the 3rd different school I've been to. Hopefully this year will be good.

Once I finished my breakfast, I stripped down and hopped in the shower, quickly getting out and rushing to put my clothes on. I took one last look in the mirror before I left for school. I grabbed my backpack and hurried out the door, kissing my mum on the cheek before I left. As soon as I got out of my driveway, I was greeted by my best friend, Louis Tomlinson.

He's a great guy, he got nominated for class clown 3 years in a row. He's just that funny. He can make anyone's day, and everytime you look at him he's doing something that guarantees he'll get detention. God I love that guy! He's like a brother to me.

"NIALLER!!!!" He screams at me, even though I'm only 10 feet away from him.

"LOUBEAR!!!!!!" I shout back. He unexpectedly jumps on my back, knocking me to the ground.

"Louis, what the fuck?!?!?" I groan. "I heard you were transferring to my school this time" he responds. "Yeah? So?"

"SO?!? We'll get to see each other more often!!!"

"Ok, that's fan-fucking-tastic, now can you get off of me?!?" I shout at him, as he was still laying on top of me.

"Sorry NiNi" he says. I swear, he can be helpful at times, and hurtful at others. Example #1: I'm laying on cement because of him.

He helped me up and I wiped off the dust and gravel from the cement off of my clothes. We started walking to school, just talking about what we did and what happened over the summer.

"Hey, Niall, did you hear?" he asked me after a moment of silence.

"No, what did I not hear?" I responded.

"There have been rumors that your old bullies from 6th grade are going to your school."

I stopped dead in my tracks.

"...what?" I asked, barely a whisper

"It's probably just a rumor. I wouldn't believe it until I see it."

The rumor Louis told me about bounced around in my head, distracting me so much I didn't even realize I was standing in the parking lot of the school, until I was nudged by Louis.

"Earth to Niall?" he asked, waving his hand in front of my face. I blinked a few times, then looked up to see the sign of the school.

"Woodside High School"

I stepped inside, looking around. A second later, I saw a pair of brown eyes staring at me. They sent a shiver down my spine. Before I could even tell who the eyes belonged to, Louis pulled me away to lead me to my first class.

I looked at my schedule. The first class I had was a woman named "Ms. Kassey". Ok. Louis led me to the class, just eager to talk. I wasn't concentrating on what he was saying. All I was thinking about was the brown eyed boy who made eye contact with me. This is weird, I thought, I don't even know this boy's first name yet something about him was...indescribable... I was brought out of my thoughts when I entered the classroom of Ms. Kassey.

I looked around, trying to find an open seat, when the same pair of brown eyes locked with mine for the second time today.
