*Jc's POV*
its been 2 weeks since Summer's been out. I come to the hospital to talk to her everyday. it feels strange. no one has been the same.
"Jc are you going?" Ari asked.
"yeah" I said in a whisper.
"Can I come. I have seen her in a while."
I nodded and she mumbled a thank you before leaving. I get up to change out of my pajamas, which I had been practically living in. I grabbed my phone on the nightstand and walked to get Ari.
"you ready?" I asked grabbing the keys off the counter. she nodded while putting on her shoes and joining me outside.
it was a silent ride to the hospital. I guess I got used to the silence.
~
we pulled up, and walked in.
"hello Jc. here for Summer?" I was greeted by the nurse who was always there when I came.
"yes ma'am." I nodded. she smiled at me before letting us go.
room 243.
I opened the door seeing Summer's usual doctor.
"hello JC. I'll be out in one second" he said writing something down.
~
when he had finally left I sat on one side of the bed, and Ari on the other. the only sound in the room was the heart monitor.
she was alive.
I looked up at Ari and smiled.
"when do you think she'll wake up?" she asked.
"the doctor said maybe a couple weeks" I replied.
--
2 hours had passed and we spent it just talking. it felt nice to have someone here with me.
"thanks for coming today" I told Ari.
"no problem. I was wanting to see her anyway. but lets go home, I'm tired"
finally a day when I walked out smiling. I said goodbye to the nurses I knew and went home.
~
"how was it?" Ricky asked when we walked in the door.
"it was good, " I said, "i'm going to bed."
I ran upstairs to my room and the first thing I saw was the big collage on my wall of me and Summer.
I saw all the good times we had, and how happy we looked. I knew I didn't look happy now.
I need her.
what happens if she doesn't make it.
I cant live without her.
I felt a tear roll down my cheek. one after another.
crying was something I did a lot f lately. I had been slacking on my YouTube. I felt bad about it, but ive had no motivation.
I sighed and layed down in my bed. thoughts were running though my head.
I was interrupted by my phone ringing.
(j: jc H: hospital place)
J: hello?
H: hello, is this JC?
J: yes it is
H: we were just calling to telling you that Summer is awake.
